Website says 24-hour drive thru. Google says 24-hour drive thru. So why did the four workers I saw in this restaurant leave me sitting in drive thru for 15 minutes and no one ever took my order.One of them was cleaning, one of them was behind the counter, another was sleeping in a booth in the lobby, another one was sitting in the lobby on her phone.Y’all need to fix your hours online if you’re not open 24 hours. Made me waste my lunch break from work.

Pulled up to get a mobile order and drive-through, the cashier was very rude when I told him my order code. Unfortunately, I did order at the wrong McDonald’s. But he told me to leave in a very rude fashion which left me feeling disgusted. I normally go to this McDonald’s a lot for quick and easy service And don’t mind mistakes here and there but there is constantly always something going on at this McDonald’s and their service as far as morale standpoint sucks

This restaurant has the worst customer service of any McDonald's I've ever been to and if you check you will see I've eaten at McDonald's from coast to coast, for them not to allow a young lady use of the restroom after she ordered her food was beyond comprehension, she was denied use because they said the dining room was closed, but she clearly was not asking to sit in the dining room and she with out a doubt needed to use it, they way she was jumping around, I assume she went out in the parking lot and used it. The manager was so unbelievably rude, dont eat at this store.

This is our second time stopping before a major volleyball tournament in Louisville. I hope the management/owner of this location sees this. Your staff was friendly and were performing the best they could, but you set them up for failure by not properly staffing for a busy weekend (this happened last year too). Know the schedule of the events around you and plan accordingly to help expedite the drive through line and have the ability to properly fill the orders.
