I went through the drive thru. They were quick and pleasant to deal with. I think this is one of the best McDonald's. They always get my order right and dont make me pull up, that's a major plus in my book! This run was for my grandkids.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options. You have to order sandwiches without meat but what gripes me is that they make you pay full price even though you don't get the meat and get cheese instead. These places need to recognize that there are a lot of vegetarians out here and we like big macs too but should not have to pay full price!

This McDonalds are usually my go-to since they usually are spot on getting the order right. The only downside is their customer service. There was a time recently I ordered food and this man that handled my cash had an AirPod in and never said a word to me which was odd.

I went through the drive thru and the customer service was great, but I didn’t receive one of my items, I only got a few things, I wish I got what I paid for. I tried to look to refund the item through the app since I ordered it through the app but it doesn’t have an option to refund it.

Good food, good service, and the drive thru runs smoothly too plus they open at 5:00 am during the week which helps me grab a quick bite and not be late for work!! The only thing I don't like is they charge extra for every little thing from a honey packet to an extra mayonnaise packet. I'm surprised they don't charge extra for using the restroom! ???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking

Wow! A normal McDonald’s. Hot food, working soda machine, clean, polite, relatively quiet. Unlike the store on Hurstbourne in Jeffersontown.

Teachers, if you have a Free Tuesday Drink tag from McDonalds, don't bother stopping here. They won't accept it. They say it's because they aren't part of the franchise so they can decide if they want to honor it. I can't imagine they were losing out on that much money. At the end of a long day with kids yelling at me, running around, dealing with difficult parents, you name it I've seen it, a free drink once a week is a great pick-me-up and something to look forward to. I'm very disappointed that this location, the only one of my way home, doesn't accept it. By no means is this a reflection on the employees, they just deliver the message.
