spent $30 here and they shorted us half of our order. we knew we were missing a large coke and when we tried to get it they fought us in it and gave us a medium. they told us it’s our fault for not getting a receipt. i come here almost every day and i’ll never be back. The mexican manager is a sorry excuse for a manager.

Doordashed my order from this McDonald’s. I ordered a Ten Piece Chicken Nugget Combo that came with a drink, and I ordered a plain double cheeseburger. I received a half empty container of fries and my cheeseburger burger was outside of the wrapper with ketchup and pickles all over it. I didn’t receive my chicken nuggets or Frozen Coke…. It couldn’t have been that busy to where you destroy a simple order. It was a mess.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I placed an online order, a lady said have your order number ready, we will be with you. Waited over 10 minutes, nothing. There was a ton of cars sitting waiting. I drove up to the drive thru window to just get my money back, there was nobody even in there at all. If they were, they weren't in the kitchen doing their job. Never got my money back either. Calling corporate tomorrow to just try to get reimbursed.
Placed an app order on Saturday at 11:40PM…… no one in the restaurant. Yet there were cars in the lot and called the store phone. I’m beyond upset due to spending $18 & not receiving my food. Will someone please reach out for a refund.
