It was raining yesterday evening, placed my happy meal order with it’s extras and waited for a while in the drive through, got to the pay window and there were three females chatting up a storm, the cashier paid no attention to me handing her my card, she had opened the window and looked back towards her colleagues, I retreated my arm as I was getting wet until one of them motioned her to attend to me. I was in awe of the disregard let alone disrespect. Pick up window was ready when I got there and very courteous. This branch is very different from many that I’ve visited, shameful service.

I ordered three items and only 1 of them were correct. I had ordered a sausage egg McMuffin that one was correct. I had gotten a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg and all I got was the bread and the chicken and then I got a sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle, and that just came with egg. This has happened more than once I do not recommend this place. Will just take your money.

I order in advance online still was a long wait and to spend almost 20 dollars if I ask for some grape jelly that mean more then one pack then attitude have to do better especially when your the Manger do better God bless ? ?? ?

Hmmm...language barrier at the drive thru order station. Then the money lady was fine. Then the pickup window, another language barrier where I learned the flavor pie available not only changed but would take 8 more minutes. ?♀️Offerred to credit my gift card, came back with cash and a shrug....no

The young man at the counter had the worse customer service skills. Very rude and nasty disposition didn't care how he spoke to you. The manager came up to speak with me she was sweet and the other representatives was nice.
