Associate at counter very rudely answered my question about a senior discount said, ' why do you think you deserve a discount just because your old'. He went on to say 'if that's the case the I deserve a discount because I'm black.' This conversation continued during my lengthy wait for order. Many customers heard this entire conversation . Two of them gave me their names and #'s I'd you need verification. This very confused young man should never work with the public. I was very calm sensing the anger in this person. When I left I said'I hope your day gets better.' He continued by saying 'I'm having a great day. It's yawl whose got the problem'. At which time I said Merry Christmas and left. I will never be back. It was humiliating.

I'm a fan. I've been in Louisville for 20 years. I don't always eat fast food but I've definitely been to all the McDonald's in the city.There are maybe 6 total that are worth going to at any time of the day. You can always count on those 6 to serve fresh food when you want McDonald's. This location is one of those locations.
This was the best experience for me. Very friendly staff. The lady that took our order was awesome. Great customer service. Whenever I want McDonald's I'm going there.

They have been closed for a few months now & under construction up until today, Dec 3 around 12 noon, and although Google Maps says open 24hrs it is not, because the employee working the drive thru said they were closed and her car was blocking the drive thru.
