Trying to order over the phone and the order taker is obviously in a call center. They don't know the town you're calling about and can't pronounce the town you're calling about and after you place your order you have to go through their upselling Spiel instead of just taking your order. When I called to give feedback on how that is not customer user-friendly at the corporate number the lady I was speaking to had a dog barking in the background she kept saying that I was breaking up and that it was our connection when it was very clearly a dog barking in the background. I am all for people working from home I encourage that and I think it's wonderful but when a dog is barking continuously on the whole phone call it makes it really hard to do the job that they are being paid to do. This has nothing to do with the store this has nothing to do with the employees at the store. Lots of people still like to call and not use apps or online. This will cost you customers.

I wish I could give zero stars as much as I love Papa John's, I will not order again this is the second time I have had them send my delivery through door dash and I didn't get all my food im done with giving Papa John's my money only to not get my whole order on top of cold food that had been opened and the store couldn't do anything but send me what was missing in my order shame on you all for robbing people of hard earned money!

Used the be the best pizza I knew, now it’s awful and over priced. $35 for a large pizza that was inedible and a brownie. That’s all I order and it was almost $40 with delivery fee. What a joke.

No help at all been complaining for a week now about a pizza that I call an ordered and picked and got home and pizza wasn't done and no receipt, and they keep telling me someone will get back to me and no one does, Ridiculous no help or they Don't want to help like they Don't care and the manager has been really rude

Hikes Point location. 12/31/23Ordered veg. pizza. Picked it up and went home.....Pizza was burned. Tried to call location, they would not answer the phone, so I took pictures. That pizza was DISGUSTING! I will never order another pizza from Papa Johns! They do not care! Will order from Pizza Hut from now on!!!! Out of the hands of John Schnatter (The original owner) has gone down hill!

Order some food online at 10:30 last night order went though and even said your order is ready for pick up when we got there a employee was mopping floors with the doors lock he just shock his head no at my boyfriend the employee tried to call us to let us know we wasnt gonna get our food but we were already on our way to pick up our food it wasnt even 11 o'clock yet which is their posted closing time
The India call center that the USA stores use when the phone lines are busy charged my credit card $600 for an order that the local store never received. I’m currently on hold with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Never again! Papa John’s sucks!

I had ordered a all meat pizza yesterday. It was the worst pizza I ever had. No meat no cheese every every litte sauce. I call the store and talked to a manager. She put me on hold for 10 minutes she never asked for a name. She got back on said she put credit back on my card.. I told her I paid cash. Then she said there would be $ 8.98 cent credit at the stote or a free pizza. Without a name how do you call or pick up a pizza. I have a picture of that pizza don't know how to put it on here

This is the garbage of a xxl most cheesy pepperoni pizza I received today. Your Winchester Rd Huntsville AL location really needs to do better. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same!

Update your online order directory so your delivery drivers and managers don't personally call me to berate me. I will no longer use your services.

In Orlando i placed a delivery for about $46 including a generous tip. If I had known they outsource to DoorDash I would have just picked it up. Not only did my food not get delivered, got no note not text like I usually do and the “manager” on staff could have not have cared less just kept saying refund or credit? Refund or credit? Didn’t care at all and embarrassed me in front of the entire store and another customer tell me in a provoking condescending way when I asked “so you don’t care?” “HAVE A GOOD DAY” this is why people lose it on employees. Just act like you give a damn and don’t brush people off. Imagine I did that in the hospital I work at. The lack of empathy and rudeness from someone who clearly doesn’t need this job but can go to someone more deserving. My company definitely won’t be using this store for our employee lunch and learns or meeting meals and I certainly have lost all respect for this store for my personal use. That employee just ruined it all for this store.
