Pizza not throughly cooked, toppings falling off, doughy crust and Pizza delivered room temperature. If I wanted to order Papa Murphy, I would of just went there buy I order Pizza Hut and recieved semi Papa Murphy. Never will I order from 28th and Broadway again.
Love the Tavern style pizza. Great flavor profile and the grilled onions were a game changer! I added banana peppers. It was perfection!

Walking in should have been a red flag since you need to push a doorbell to be let in. I ordered meatlovers and breadsticks. Even thought I drove 12mins after the order was marked ready online, they still did not have the breadsticks ready. After waiting 30mins for breadsticks, picked up the food and got to my hotel room- guess what? I got a Pepperoni pizza with the most uneven pizza dough. Like what?

The pizzas were burnt and overcooked! The crust was so hard!!! That was 40.00 wasted!!! I will never go back and recommend that others don’t as well.
I love that pizza hut is in the Westend on Broadway. But I order my food online to pick it up and when I arrived my food was ready to pay and pick it up, the lady that checked us out was super cool and polite, but again there was two guys had a little disagreement and said something to one another, which one guy was sleep on the bench waiting for food or not! My food wasn't i expected to be! Kinda cold and burned at the same time!? Come on Louisville we can do better especially where all African Americans work! We can do better! So Sorry but I'm giving this pizza hut 2 out of 10!!!

I have ordered 3 times to have door dash drivers steal my mother's food this is insane you can only file a complaint on the phone through the store so they say so I go online file a complaint and still haven't gotten my food never again

I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that had been called in and should have been ready upon my arrival. I had to go search for my food which had been sitting inside the hot box whilst I was waiting. No communication between the Team Members caused this to happen!
Parking: Parking is limited next to the restaurant, however additional parking is nearby but it's hazardous moving about this parking lot due to traffic that cut through from Broadway to 28th Street in order to avoid the light.
