The place has a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juice on the inside with the right amount of heat! I got the broccoli salad and it's delicious.
Awesome place! The staff wasn't just friendly but they went above and beyond. Grabbing a bite to eat turned into one of the highlights of our Louisville visit.The food is amazing! Fresh, quality, delicious! The gonzo sauce is no joke! I had to get a milkshake to recover. The milkshake was also delicious... Once my tongue recovered.

One of our go-to restaurants in the NuLu area - consistently great food and reasonable prices, lots of vegetarian and even some vegan options. I've eaten here dozens of times, and my order has NEVER been wrong, not even once!Pro tip #1: this is a perfect place to order carryout and take to one of the many nearby bars/breweries that let you bring in your own food.Pro tip #2: get a side of the Royals ranch to dip your fries or potato wedges. ?

Absolutely good. Need a good spicy chicken option that tastes SOOO GOOD?!? Yeah, come here. So good. They have great chicken, great side items, amazing sharable items, milkshake options, but also alcohol options. 10/10.
My partner and I ate lunch here today 3/16/24. The chicken tenders were delicious! Crinkle cut fries were also fantastic. Service was very quick and the outdoor seating area was a great place to enjoy the nice weather and great food.
I used to go to the jtown location but most all of their locations have since closed except for this one which I was told is the original. The chicken lacked flavor and tenders were very small. Sides were not at proper temperature. No longer the same as it was. Hope they can turn things around or I don’t see this one last thing either.
Food is always great!! Love the ranch. I’m not a Big Mac n chs person but I always get it from Royals!
