I went to the store today between 11a-12p there were no customers the rude store manager “Tye” made me a tall pineapple mango drink when I specifically asked for a Venti she argued with me and said I asked for a tall proving her lack of customer service skills. After she screwed up she charged me an additional $.74 and I had to wait for free and she never apologized!

No seating inside or outside. I asked why and they said they removed during covid then planned on doing a remodel so they never brought seating back. They added that the upcoming remodel still won’t have seating - it will be a pickup/carryout only location. This location doesn’t value locals or visitors who want to sit, relax, work, hang with friends, people watch, or enjoy a social atmosphere. They want you in and out. This doesn’t seem to be what Starbucks ethos is about. I will not be returning, and will recommend the same to others. The only reason I came is because I received a gift card anyway. Lots of better coffee shops nearby who value patrons.

Good stuff :) I hear when u get an oleato by itself it's not that tasty on its own but when u use enough coffee creamer in it to make it taste better for your liking it kinda brings the zazz to the Fiesta ... and also they're actually willing to make you a secret menu item as long as you tell them the recipes for them :)

They have the best staff of any starbucks I have ever been to!! Yall as a corporation really need to increase their pay they are always short staff And are doing the jobs of two people. None of that is the staff's fault, It is strictly falls under corporate greed.
