I placed an order through the Subway App. I ordered a Footlong BLT on the herbs and cheese bread. I put the bread not to be toasted. The bacon was cold. I also ordered a Footlong steak & cheese on Italian not toasted as well. The steak was ice cold. My wife took the food back with a receipt to have them fix the issue. They refused to fix the issue because they said that it was cold due to the trip between store and home. We live 5 mins from the store so there is no way the meat should be ice cold. The employee also threaten to jump over the counter and attack my wife. The manager was not on location during the incident. The other employee was egging the whole situation on. We have left a complaint on the corporate site as well. I definitely do not recommend the Subway on National Turnpike in Louisville.

All these negative reviews are confusing to me because I have always had good experiences here. The people have always been nice to me. Remember, if you treat people badly they don’t appreciate it! Treat people how you want to be treated. In my experience it’s the customers that have been rude, not the employees. Don’t like the drive thru? How bout go in! They have about a million things going on, DoorDash orders, people in line, people in the drive thru and then people complaining at them as well! We go in people are nice. Sometimes the new people don’t make as good of sandwiches as the experienced people but long as you tell them what you want (more of this less of that) they’ll do it! We just went there again and there was a rude person that double parked. I really believe it’s the people/customers that go in here. They are the rude ones most of the time. Don’t be rude to them and you will have a better experience.

This was a normal Saturday afternoon looking for a lunch. Subway is usually is a good choice. Not today subs were lacking on vegetables but meat was ok though. One of my tomatoes had a rotten spot on it. This does not change my opinion of Subway. I just will not be going back to this store. Things happen.

Update: had to take it down to a 1 star. The amount of times the online ordering is unavailable is baffling. Used to be able to go here on my lunch. However the past few times I've made the trip the internet has been down. One time I placed an online order and it was cancelled, and when I called I mentioned it and just got "ok" until I asked for the reasoning for the cancellation. You would think that shouldn't even have to be asked for, as anyone would be wondering why the order they placed is cancelled.

Worst experience of my life. The people working there were very short with me. Bc the microphone was broken on the drive-thru menu so I pulled up to order. She said "didn't you see the sign?" yes that's why I pulled up. I thought that meant the microphone didn't work and this sgin on the window says that its open. She then tells me that "I can't order here and have to come in." which is fine but im unable to unload my son without his wheelchair. So after a few words we left. After dealing with this I definitely wasn't going to have anyone there make my food.

I made an online order on Sunday the 17th that was to be picked up at 4:00 p.m. when I arrived at the Subway on national turnpike they had not even started on my order I stated to the two girls that that was the purpose of online ordering was that you did not have to wait there was only one person in the store and they were seated and the two girls were just standing around they did proceed to make the sandwiches with attitude especially the short red headed girl I'm assuming she was acting manager or acting head person at the time at the time not. When the sandwiches were finished I asked the short girl with short red hair to put one of the sandwiches and a separate bag she tossed the sandwich in a bag with an attitude and I did state to her do not get an attitude with me at this point she called me a b**** and said fu.. u I did in turn call her a b**** and tell her the same thing f you she proceeds to tell me as I'm already leaving to leave her store as I was leaving the store she called me a b**** again and said if you as I am going out the door to my car she says it again and I said f you and another word that I would prefer not to say on a public forum. She proceeded to follow me to my car and got in my face asking me what I was going to do calling me a host of other names in the process I told her I was not going to do anything until she laid hands on me and then if she laid hands on me that was going to take it to a different level. Her following me to my car is in a roundabout way constantining assault her getting into my face is assault I am not sure if this girl's name but I'm sure you don't have too many people working at that Subway with short red hair that was working on Sunday the 17th at 4:00 with one other brown hair girl which was trying to get her back into the building unsuccessfully. She did end up turning and going in when I told her I was going to call the police I did not call the police I should have but I am letting whoever knows and hopefully it is the person that owns the subway that they need to address this with this lady or girl that the way she acted was totally inappropriate and I may still be taking out charges because what she did does constitute assault. And if she will do it to me she will do it to another customer.
