Waited at counter for 10 mins to ask if I need to let them know I had a mobile order instead of answering me answer everyone before me I was treated like I was the plague and to not talk no matter what if I didn't already pay for my food I would have left

Fast food??? Try SLOW FOOD!!! Kiosk to place order was hidden....I guess if you live in Louseyville you automatically know they place it on a wall where you can't see it when you walk in. If you have to use a kiosk to order, and so they don't have to do their job, then you should get paid, or discount!!!

The music was good music playing but to loud, we couldn’t carry on a conversation at our table without “huh?” Also, I hate that you’re made to order at a kiosk when there are an adequate number of employees available. Then I had to order a meal that I didn’t want because it wasn’t available as a singular choice off the kiosk menu.

i had to complete my order on the kiosk. yet somehow you messed up my entire order. asked for no beans, got beans, asked for fiesta potato's, got nachos? and what i'm really mad about, i asked for a baja blast and got CARBONATED WATER? in what world would you allow your employee to give a customer a drink completely out of syrup? you have one job people! i don't expect much but i at the very least want a somewhat correct meal when i order online! i have never been so unhappy with costumer service in my life. there were no employees "available" to come help with my order as well. And to get personal i've been at a dance competition for my daughter since 10 am and all i want is an easy meal. i can't tell if it's incompetency or just laziness but get your job together.

Got the best customer service night shift in the city! I never have to wait long for my DoorDash orders at all I pull up to the window and it’s always at the window ready . I love the staff there too very friendly and always has good energy. Highlands need to take

I spent $17 and was given a cold nasty quesadilla and 3 cold tacos with stuff I didn't order on them. The store was almost empty, there's no reason for my food to be this bad.
I went back there today when they had the dining room open. Business was slow when I was in there. There were only two other customers in there besides me. It was was clean inside and the employees were friendly. You have use one of their kiosks to place your order. My soft taco tasted good, but was only warm not hot.They need to correct their store hours on here. They have their hours listed 8 am to 3am. That is their drive thru hours. You have to be in a car to go through their drive thru. No walk ups allowed. If you are not in a car their dining room hours are 12 pm to 5 pm.Parking: There is not really any place to park, unless you want to take a chance on someone flying down Broadway hitting your car.
