This Taco Bell has by far the best staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I’ve been living right next to this Taco Bell for the past year and every experience I’ve had here never falls short of exceptional. There is specifically one employee, whose name I’ve never gotten, that goes above and beyond. He was even out jumping someone’s car in the parking lot ? truly a group of great people and they never mess up the orders or serve bad food. I would go out of my way to eat here every time no question.

What can I say, it's Taco bell, the food was pretty good, they did forget one of our items, we ordered food for 4 and one of the main items was missing so I had to go back. That was kinda inconvenient, but they were nice and fixed their mistake. It is what it is.

This is always a good go to Taco Bell location. I like a lot of the people in here. I actually know a lot of the people in this location. Emil always feels fresh and the tortillas never taste stale. So for the time being, this is probably my favorite location.

I think I (like most people) honestly usually only go to review a fast food place when I’ve had an outstandingly negative experience. But this Taco Bell location (at Taylorsville Rd and Hikes Ln) has consistently been the most laid back and cool, while simultaneously communicative, courteous, and helpful. I don’t know if it’s a culture fostered by management, a result of smooth operating or good hiring, or some combination, but imo it’s the best TB and the best fast food place nearby.
6PM on a Sunday evening, empty dining room and no cars in the Drive-thru when I parked. Ordered 2 Chalupas, 2 Crunchy Supreme and an order of Nacho fries to go. I live directly across the street... 2 minute trip. What I received was a bag of ice cold food that had obviously been sitting around for who knows how long? The crunchy tacos had turned to soggy soft tacos. The fries were completely limp. The Chalupas did not even taste like chalupas. Stomach started to hurt almost instantly upon eating. Almost all went into the garbage. Why is this stuff not being cooked or made to order? If they were busy, I would half way understand... 18 bucks worth of nasty was all this was! The girl who handed me the bag was rude and seemed in a hurry - WHY? I was the only one there and she obviously did not make my order - when I ordered it!!! Will not be back.

I use drive-thru, i usually order ahead in the app, I'm on a GF diet, so the chicken power menu bowl is my go-to dish, it's a great tasty bargain

I'm a delivery driver and come here often for orders. They always let me use their restroom and it's always clean... friendly cashier's!

I come here almost every week and have been for nearly a year since I work nearby... I never complain, but they've made my order wrong almost every time, and it's also different every time even though I order it the same way. I just wish they'd learn how to make the menu items... :(

i ordered two nacho cheese doritos locos supreme tacos, one beef grilled cheese burrito, and one nacho cheese doritos cheesy gordita crunch. i received a supreme doritos taco, (that was definitely, definitely not nacho cheese flavor but spicy and red ???) a regular, supreme hard taco without a doritos taco shell, the correct beef grilled cheese burrito, and a regular cheesy gordita crunch, again, that was without a doritos locos shell but instead had a regular hard shell. this order was almost completely wrong and being charged a full price for an order that was barely even mine by the end of it all. LOL !
