A bunch of people waiting for food in the lobby..but i didnt have to wait long as i had a mobile order. But they did forget part of the order which if i hadnt checked the bag before leaving would have gotten missed.

Worst experience ever. Made my order and they didn't give me the order I asked.Then they demanded I give back my order to 'add' to the order which was rather distasteful to say the least, as if they were going to take back my order and then give me what they felt was sufficient.Completely unprofessional and rude due to the inconvenience of my order being wrong.

Why is THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?! Employees are super rude and inpatient and even messed up a simple order! I ordered a black bean crunchwrap Supreme with no tomatoes or sour cream and they LITERALLY gave me a damn LETTUCE crunchwrap!!! ??♀️? THIS unfortunately is the ONLY taco bell in the west end which sucks! If I couldve I would have surely drove to the newer one off CANE RUN by the Waffle house! THEY'RE NICER AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT!!!

I have never been more insulted in my life. I am not mentioning the food but 2 specific employees that actively made me hate myself for the time I was there through taunting, laughing in my face for being there, and then just doing their very best to be two of the worst human beings I have had the displeasure of meeting. Attempting to report this to whoever is in charge of this franchise or whoever it is that handles these things such as employees mocking a child with mental disabilities.

The third shift got some of the most RUDEST and VILE employees. I understand having a bad day but the ladies in drive through have zero respect and think it’s funny to mock the disabled over the speaker. If you hate your job, then quit!

Went to Ghetto Bell as I will call it from now on to get some food on my way home from work tonight. Walked into the lobby to place an order on the kiosk and after placing order I stood at the front counter to pay and then they turn around and tell me the dining room is closed and I have to go through the drive through. Well if you aren't gonna have the diningroom open then maybe you should lock your doors. I'm on a bicycle so I can't just go through the drive thru as they tend to not set off the sensors and any time I've rode my bike up to a drive thru window. I've been turned away because they consider me a pedestrian. I will never go to this location again as I am going to bed hungry and this is the worst Taco Bell location I've ever visited
Unhelpful. The morning always messes up my order and they have 0 customer service. Clearly the people working their don’t want to work there and should be replaced.

Terrible place, I ordered food just to receive attitude for taking my time ordering my friends food over the phone. Once i received the food it was beyond disappointing there legit nothing worth calling this food. 2 tacos expecting a decent taco only has a few pieces of meat and dont even get me started on the burritos theres more tortilla than beans or meat or cheese/lettuce terrible establishment
