I sat at the drive-through intercom for about 5 min with no interaction. I finally said, "Hello?" and the response was unintelligible, so I assumed I was on hold. Finally, I was asked for my order, and I asked very clearly for a small frosty. He replied, "Large?". And I said again clearly, "Small." I had to repeat myself twice. Register wasn't working, the staff watched me at the Register for at least 5 minutes before I was given a chance to give my order. The food wasn't as good as I am used to at Wendy's at other locations. The cc terminal wasn't working properly, so I really didn't know if I was charged or how many times I was charged until I look it up on my cc statement .

April 2021

Ordered a Baconator from this location yesterday, and it might just be because I hadn't eaten a burger lately, but that was the best damn burger I have had in a while! Friendly, fast service in the drive thru too.
