Food was fine! BUT MICHAEL needs to never be on the headset or window AGAIN. I’m not even a person that complains but his ATTITUDE is nasty. I was ordering 2 4for4s and when I started to order the second one, he yelled HOW MANY IS YOU GETTING???? uhm TWO! So then I start on a combo and he interrupted and said HOW MANY OF THESE YOU GETTING? I was getting one! I got 1 combo and 2 4for4s! He was very rude. And I’m not even a complicated person when ordering fast food cause I been in the industry. But he just needs to stick to the line!!!! Or cleaning.

I wife and I decided to get our 4 children Wendy's on Sunday because we had just got out of church and didn't feel like cooking, when we arrived at the restaurant on Bardstown and Fern Valley/ Hurstborn ln. My wife went through the drive through window where she was greeted with a "what are you ordering?" How rude. Then the guy begin to rush her through her order, so I stepped in and told him our order and asked him to bag them separately because they were going to 4 kids who looms they're own individual bag. Then we drive up to the window to pay for our order and the guy just started staring at my wife like she was a whole meal,until she blatantly ask him what was the price of our food and to make sure they bag it separately, then I heard the lady who was bagging our food say that she hates people with prompt me into going inside the restaurant to watch them with my order because now the trust is completely gone.

This has to be the slowest location in Louisville. Everytime I go through the drive thur it's a horribly long wait and poor service. When I eat inside I get better service but not by much. They don't seem to know what they are doing at this location.
