A doordasher stole my pizza tonight and pretended to deliver it to me. It was 50.00 dollars so I was so so disappointed and upset. The nice lady (forgot her name already, I'm sorry) answering phones and GM were deeply apologetic and so so nice to my husband and me about it when it wasn't their fault, at all. They immediately offered to make it right with me by remaking the pizza for us which I am so grateful. it was a really awesome experience.The pizza was made was on point too!...read full review
One of our pan pizzas was completely raw. The other 2 were really good, but that raw one was horrible. Not even barely warm like it maybe sat in oven for just a minute, dough was completely uncooked. Grossed us out.
Food is OK, its Pizza hut but they started using doordash due to being unable to keep drivers, everyone knows with door dash most of your orders will be wrong and missing items, that's if they get delivered at all, until they can compensate or be nice enough to drivers to retain them I advise steer clear, and my order was missing two items of course , doordash typical, they can't fix the problem either because of dash, you'll get credit at best but that just means dash will mess...read full review
