This was not my first time at a Hot Head Burritos but it was my first time in a while. The Newport location was fantastic. We had 7 people in our party and we all loved our food. I had a toasted burrito. The sauce that I chose was the southwest ranch and will definitely get it again. Unlike other burrito locations, Hot Head offers a lot of sauces/flavor options. The staff were all friendly and attentive. I am glad that we chose to go there and will become regulars. Thank you for great food and service.
we typically don't go to this specific location but will definitely be coming more often. the staff was very accommodating and didn't get frustrated when we asked for more of something in our bowl. the food was hot and all tasted fresh. the owner had a conversation with us and was very kind. the music wasn't too loud and I could have a conversation with the person across from me. very clean. a great lunch spot

I recently visited this location and everything was great!! When I arrived, the cook had just added fresh fajita veggies to the pan. My bowl was fresh and delicious. The manager JoJo was very pleasant, friendly and personable. The speed of checkout was top tier as well. I will return.

A must try if you ever in the area! Everything was excellent. I ordered a custom steak bowl and it was delicious, the staff even help recommended the sauce for me. And cookies are to die for! I’ll be coming back.PS. The parking was easy, there are plenty of free parking spots nearby.
Not only was the food flavorless but the employee was coughing and sniffing the entire time acted like we were a bother being there and I found a good size piece of plastic in my queso will not be eating there again!!

First and last time I’m eating at this place. My whole order came messed up, the bowl doesn’t not taste good at all and it’s totally different from the description. It’s called chicken bowl but it’s full of onion and literally two peace’s of peppers. The burrito taste bad as well. Don’t recommend it at all! ??

Do not order delivery they will mess up your order, I guarantee it!Paid for large bags of chips and receive snack size chips that sell in stores for 25 cents but was charged over $2 for each bag! Rice bowl came without cheese and I kid you not six pieces of chicken! Normally this will feed myself and my two year old but I couldn’t eat it. He ate some but it was nasty without cheese and chicken!
