Is it possible to give a less that 1 star review? Haha. I ordered a company lunch 2 days in advance with all of the sandwiches and meats and veggies I wanted for 10 people. I specified the time I wanted to pick up and that I needed a receipt for the company. I paid over the phone that day. When I went to pick it up two days later they had no record of the order and nothing prepared. The owner was called and he told the employees to do the order then and there, but they couldn't give me a receipt and they did nothing to make it right. The order took about 20-30 minutes and I was very late to the meeting. I asked one of the employees to have the owner call me to figure out a solution to the problem later that week and he never called or reached out in any way. I just called the store and they said there was nothing they would do.

the workers were nice and fast. we had a mobile order and it was mostly correct, we asked for extra sauce on one sandwich and got less than the normal amount :( would be 5 stars otherwise!

Kind of disappointing. Got a BOGO coupon In the mail and decided to go to Subway. Haven’t been in forever. Walked in and asked if we could use the coupon before we ordered. One employee said yes, I looked at the two other employees for reassurance and they ignored me. Once we ordered and got checked out they told us the coupon doesn’t work. Would have rather spent that money elsewhere if we had known. Feel like we got tricked into ordering there.
