We used McHale's Catering for our wedding in December, and we were beyond pleased with our experience from start to finish. Megan was my point of contact for the year leading up to our big day, and she is amazing! She is extremely friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable. We even realized that she was on the McHale's team and helped with my brother's wedding almost 15 years ago! On the day of, Phyllis was basically our fairy godmother. She was always anticipating mine and my new husband's needs, and we never had to ask for anything! She made sure our bellies were full of food, our drinks were never empty, and that there was a smile on our face the entire evening. Our family is still talking about how amazing she was! They're also still talking about how yummy the food was! We had the stations with pasta, carving, and coneys, and it was such a great balance of nice traditional food and a late night snack! It truly was the dream wedding caterer experience for us, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Perfect wedding catering experience from start to finish. Megan took excellent care of us walking through options and preparing our package. My grandma ended up passing away suddenly the day of our tasting, and the team went as far as boxing up large portions of every dish to take home. Day of, the staff were friendly and professional, and got absolutely everything right. Couldn’t believe the food quality given the quantities they needed to prepare. We are huge proponents of the stations menu!

I had my wedding at the Grand Ballroom on November 11th, 2022. Let me start by saying the space itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! It's set up perfectly to have both your ceremony and reception as they have a balcony area for cocktail hour while they flip the room for the reception. We also did food through McHales, and it was FANTASTIC! All my guests were accommodated for and the buffet was set up in a way that made getting a plate a breeze. My event planner was Tessie and she was amazing. During the planning, she was able to help put me at ease with her expertise. She always responded back promptly to any issue, question, or concern I had. For the rehearsal and day of needs, Aaron was my go to. He was very supportive and helped with any questions or needs we had. I would absolutely recommend the Grand for anyone who is planning their wedding!

We had McHales catering for our daughters wedding last evening that was at The Center in downtown Cincinnati and I cannot say enough great things about them! The food was perfect and all of the staff that worked the wedding, there were at least ten or more, were absolutely fantastic! So professional and polite and willing to help with anything at all. Not sure how they hire such great employees, but they sure know what they are doing ! Through the venue, The Center, myself and now husband- utilized the in house catering services of McHales! It was such a great decision! The McHales staff were absolutely fantastic last night in ensuring each and every guests needs were met and did not fail to please. Karen, Audra and so so many others were there with me every single step of the way carrying our plates of food to the table so my dress didn’t get dirty, refilling beverages, and just being so attentive overall. They paid attention to every detail and really made my night so special and I could tell they wanted me and my guests to enjoy it. Thank you so much McHales for being so amazing! 10/10 recommend!
