I only use delivery or pick-up. The employees are always friendly though, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. Delivery Driver is always friendly and follows the instructions for leaving at my door.

My fiancée and I have been coming to big city for about 5 years now, when we first started going everything was SO good but in the past couple years we’ve gotten suspicious that management has been getting onto employees for how much cinnamon sugar they put on the cinnamon knots because they used to be swimming in the sauce and now it looks like they lightly brush it on… pizza is still amazing just disappointed that we keep paying for the knots hoping it’s like they used to be and it hasn’t even been close to the same every single time /:

If your heading to Eldora (for any race) coming through Richmond stopping at the Buc-ee's you need to stop in!!!! Definitely worth every penny. This will be my go to stop from now on!!

Big City Pizza newbies! We stopped in on our way to Ohio for the World 100 and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. You get more than enough food for a great price and the atmosphere will take your right back to your favorite pizza place from the 90s! 10/10 would recommend.

We stopped At Big City Pizza Richmond for dinner and we really enjoyed our visit. The front window guy was very friendly. We dined in and out pizza came out hot and fresh. The dining room isn't huge but has everything that you need to enjoy your meal. There is a small arcade and I really enjoyed the chalk art on the walls. There's a lot of pizza boxes in the back!

They had a new counter guy I felt sorry for he was trying hard. Food was just ok had to send 1 pizza back it wasn’t made correctly. They did fix it and bring out a replacement fairly quickly. Food was ok nothing to special
