El Taxco has very pretty and colorful decoration + designs! I really enjoyed the waitress. She was kind and the food came out fast. The only complaint I have is that the pricing for 2 people was around $36. Also the queso cheese was very runny. It was almost a water consistency.
Kid-friendliness: There is lots of colorful tables with animals and different designs on them. Many colorful chairs as well. They also have lots of different machines for fake tattoos, gum, and toys that children can buy with a quarter
Wheelchair accessibility: When I had visited El Taxco for the first time, I saw that there was a ramp and reservation for one door on the outside

I’ve eaten at every Mexican restaurant in town and Taxco is hands down the best! The owners are always there managing, the staff is super friendly and the food is consistently on point. Not to mention their margaritas are fantastic - I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

Unlike our last visit to speedy tacos in Somerset,which used to be our go to,El Taxco delivered the goods. The waitress smiled as we walked in, they seated us and promptly brought us water, chips and salsa, and took our order.We did not have to ask for extra napkins, they just brought them.The food delivery was lightning fast.The fastest I have ever had in a NON fast food restaurant. On top of it all, the prices were VERY reasonable, and the food was great. All the things that were lacking at our last visit to Speedy Tacos.We have found our new "go to" for mexican food in Somerset, and the name is EL TAXCO. Try them, you won't regret it.

This was my first time at El Taxco. The service was excellent. The waiter kept my drink topped off, something that I greatly appreciate in the service.
The entrees here are very good. The appetizers we got were less impressive for their price but still good tasting. When your plate arrives, I think you'll be impressed with a very good looking meal. The only thing I would seek to improve is the salad. The ratio of lettuce to more flavorful parts (cheese/pico) made the salad the most "meh" part of the meal.
Overall for the price, the service feels on point, the entrees are good, and I think the side dishes and appetizers could be kicked up a notch.
Dietary restrictions: They were extremely understanding of a group members celiac disease and was more than happy to work with her so she could enjoy a meal as well
