I tried to order a burger without pickles and the young lady taking my order couldn't understand what I wanted. After back and forth trying to explain I finally just said I would take it the way it comes. Then that didn't work either. Finally another employee came on the speaker and knew right away what I wanted. I assume the first employee was in training.
The staff seemed to be just blh and didn't seem to wanna work. The grill lady did not seem to like her job. She was super slow, didn't get the order right, but it was not worth going back. I just won't go to this location again. Everything else was fine.

As White castles go, this particular location was outstanding. Service was great, they got the order right the first time and it was quick as it should be. I don't always experience this at other White Castle locations which is why I gave this one a five star rating.
