When I pulled up in the front window, this kid told me that my food wasn't even ready!! He said to me that there is a 1 hr of a wait. I was like hold on,the person in front of me got the same thing. So why would their be a 1 hr wait!?? The service was really bad too. When I finally got my food it was cold!

Same issues others before me had. Sloppy tacos. First one had no lettuce but lots of cheese, the second one barely had any meat, half of the taco was empty and not enough meat to spread it. It had a little bit of lettuce but hardly any cheese. The third one was in the same park as the other two. Where is the management and what is the issue of not having quality control. This is apparently common at this location. How do you raise your prices and lower your quality? How do you justify It? Its not worth the stress. I recommend eating somewhere else.

I've been here several times lately. The tacos are always broken so much that I need to eat with a fork. The order is usually wrong. They ignore you to make you use the kiosk to order. I will not return.

It really wasn’t the most amazing experience of my life, but I’m not sure what anyone on this planet can expect from a corporate fast food establishment known for its American take on Mexican food, the service wasn’t great and the food was about what you’d expect from a corporation.

when i got there, there was a car already in the drive thru (not sure how long they were waiting prior to me getting there) and we both waited another 8 minutes until someone came over the speakers asking if her order was taken, when i got to the mic, they said “what do you want?” in a rushed manner and quite frankly i almost forgot what i was going to order (after already having practiced it 20 minutes before hand lol) and then got scared to order anything else bc of how rude the whole transaction was. ordered 3 steak quesadillas, a grilled cheese steak burrito, and a beefy 5 layer, didn’t even get the grilled cheese burrito. they needed to substitute steak for beef but to put 2 pieces of beef on 3 quesadillas (as a whole and virtually NO cheese). and to top it all off, i didn’t get a receipt so i couldn’t go get a refund on the missing item
Went through the drive through at an EXCEPTIONAL pace, the food was out of this world. They really appreciate stoners... they roll their burritos like I roll my blunts.... fat!Keep up the greatness!

This place is terrible Taco Bell. It’s not the best anyways but when I order a meal I expect my meal I asked for 3 Doritos loco taco and 3 soft taco’s. I got a quesadilla in my order that’s not what I ordered.
