The cheeseburger is out of this world! I prefer mine with only meat cheese Mayo and onions, but it does come with all the “fixins” and fries! Best burger in town! ?

I have been wanting to go here for years and finally decided to go today with my son and grandmother. I called at opening (4pm) to see if there was a call ahead seating option and was told that they did but you had to be there to do it, so we rushed over there (430 at the time) only to be told that they actually didn't start sitting people until 5 and that we could wait in the lower bar area, my grandmother is 76 and walks with a walker so that was out of the question, after a few awkward exchanges with the worker she allowed us to sit. We eventually placed our order and it took a little while to come out but it looked amazing. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. This was some of the most bland and tasteless crawfish I've ever eaten(I had spicy), for the price I paid I was expecting to be amazed but unfortunately I was severely let down. After 20 minutes of waiting for my card I got up to see what was going on only to find out that my ticket/card never made it to the register, all in all I spent roughly 40 min waiting to leave after I was done eating. I will never ever set foot back into this restaurant. D&T crawfish is far superior in taste.

This seafood restaurant is beyond AMAZING! We love getting there early for drinks and appetizers in the quaint bar. The hostess begins putting names on the list at 4 pm. We make sure that we get on that list and are seated in the first group at 5 pm. Whether you're getting boiled seafood, fried seafood or any other menu item, you're in for a DELICIOUS treat! The crawfish are very big! I don't think any restaurant can compete with the food quality served here.

There's great crawfish and then there is the best crawfish experience of my entire life!!! The delicious Cajun Claws was rated GQ's top 10 restaurants in the country. A true dive bar. I even toured the kitchen where they make the magic happen & was introduced to the owner, Mr Donni -- a huge fan of my dad, Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown. He was as warm & welcoming as they come. A true crawfish boil master, with the most impressive technique for assuring the best flavor possible. I really enjoyed learning about the production and selection process for the best boiled crawfish Louisiana has to offer. The added bonus was getting to taste huge, select crawfish (no smallsies), seasoned to absolute perfection -- spicy and not overly salty. Delicious mixed drinks, great small beer selection that was served in a frosty mug & groovy playlist curated by Brooke, one of their most amazing associates. If you think you've had great crawfish, I beg you to take a trip to Abbeville to try this hidden gem. Their fried shrimp are amazing as well. You will not be disappointed. Call ahead to check their hours, as they are only serving during peak crawfish season & specific times to guarantee the best selection.

I definitely consider myself a crawfish snob. Cajun Claws did not disappoint. Service was great! Crawfish were like mini-lobsters and the seasoning was absolutely perfect.

We come here once a year from Houston, best crawfish in the region, nicest staff and such good food. Show up early and hungry!

Crawfish are big and clean but no flavor what so ever. Disappointing when you pay $10lb. Not worth it.

So worth the wait! Be prepared for the best crawfish you ever had in Louisiana! When you come to this restaurant be ready to drink some and wait for your table but I promise you will never leave disappointed! Great customer service and amazing bugs!

The service was amazing. So far it is the best crawfish I've had in the area.

The worst customer experience ever. We waited in line for 3 plus hours for a table. We arrived at 4:30 and people kept walking in afterwards and they would seat them...we had just missed that session of serving. When I approached the hostess, she had just given our table away to another Jennifer (they did not take last names). I don't care how good the crawfish are...not worth the wait.

If you have 3 hours to kill waiting for a table I guess the place is good. Not for me though. Just don’t go!

Best crayfish ever.
