I arrived to an empty drive through at 9:20PM on a Tuesday night. I was told over the speaker to please wait and I obliged. I waited for a total of 8 minutes before leaving. I know, not long, but 8 minutes of radio silence at a fast food place that was not at all busy got boring. When driving around and passing the drive thru window area I saw two employees inside. One customer was at the window and another pulled up past the window in the area you have to wait for them to bring you your order (typically when a place is busy). I’m definitely overreacting by leaving a review for this. No lie. But it’s a tad ridiculous two employees couldn’t handle the low customer count (3 total with one not even have ordered) in under 8 minutes. Went to McDonald’s and was in and out in 4 minutes (yes, I ridiculously timed it). Ordered, paid, left with food. 4 minutes.

I started in the drive thru, never placed my order. Waited 10 mins in line. Got feed up drive around and went inside. To stand there another 5 mins for that cashier to count the register. Mind you it's 10am! How long does it take to count $75? Why wasn't the register not counted at the beginning of the shift? Long story short you guys wasted 15 mins of my time, gas, and I still didn't get any food. Thanks !

I’m going to be honest, as a huge fan of burgerking, this place has got it more right than not. Sometimes if you go real late or during like 2-4 you might get some bad fries little hard bread on your whopper. But this place has been there during some tough times and I appreciate it+the workers. (P.S the classic and spicy chicken wrap is GREAT. 2 for 5 is insane)

I'm not usually one for fast food, however I was needing something quick so popped into Burger Kind on Jones Creek, I was pleasantly surprised. It is Very Clean, the employees are friendly and efficient and my lunch was really good.

Restaurant was clean and the food was as good as you can expect from a fast food joint. However the guy at the counter taking orders clearly didn't want to be there. Kids enjoyed playing on the indoor play equipment and the Halloween decorations.Parking: Plenty of parking at both the restaurant and the stores next door if needed.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly decorations for Halloween and an indoor playground to keep them occupied for a few minutes.

This was my experience at Burger King 6783, 5119 Jones Creek Road, Baton Rouge LA on 9/30/2023, at about 9:45 AM.I entered the Burger King and went to counter to place my order. While waiting, I heard two BK employees, E1 and E2, arguing. Both were at the order preparation station just behind the customer counter.This argument lasted for a few minutes, starting loud and growing until both parties were yelling at the top of their lungs. It continued until E1 yelled 5 or 6 times “Get the f— out of my face.” E2 walked away from that area making unheard comments under her breath. Another employee, I assume the manager went to talk to E1, apparently trying to calm her down. E1 then moved to the counter to take and distribute orders. She was obviously still upset, but interacted in a civil manner.After a few minutes, E2 moved from behind the counter to the customer dining area. She was pacing around yelling at E1 and the world in general. There was lots of yelling with liberal doses of F-bombs. During this rant, I didn't hear any response from any other employee. This went on for at least 5 minutes before E2 got someone on the phone and started to tell how poorly she was treated. She went outside and continued her phone call for a while. I didn't hear any more.I realize that professionalism is rare these days, but I still cannot believe this experience. This is why I’ll never visit Burger King #6783 again.

Went to this Burger King at 9:33pm today and ordered 3 spicy chicken wraps and 4 honey mustard chicken wraps through the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes for my order to be completed while no one else was in the drive thru ( I assumed the chicken needed to cook) I was given 2 chicken sandwiches, a whopper and some fries. Trusting that there’s no way this could be messed up cause there was no one else in line I drove home. Only to drive back and walk through the door to be asked “you had the chicken wraps”… when I asked to have my order remade to be fresh the manager on duty refused and said they had just been made and were already fresh (but I waited 20 minutes for them to be fresh the first time) afterwards I requested a refund so that I could move on and was directed to the online application which I had no interaction with prior to this to request a refund for a purchase made at the location. A manager who did not disclose their identity stated the only way to receive a refund was through the app and that we could either take the chicken wraps or get a refund from the app. While consulting with my friend whom I also ordered food I was asked by the manager on duty if there was anyone behind me in the drive thru line to which I responded no. I was then told that if I were needed to have side conversations that I could exit the drive thru. After doing so I went inside to get no resolution and to be told that there was nothing that could be done for me. As a customer service professional and retail manager myself I find this to be ridiculous and more so as a consistent Burger King patron I will not be prioritizing $3 chicken wraps that the store refused to recook due to their mistake when there are dozens of places to eat within a 10 mile radius.

Went through drive thru around 6pm ordered 6 cookies 2 milks...was told had to wait for fresh cookies no problem...about 15minutes later was told oven is heating up still no problem...Finally get my cookies...I legit got 2 blobs of cookie dough in 2 separate bags I definitely don't think it was 6 cookies definitely disappointed in
