I love this place and the coffee over here is aromatic. The only concern is that the fresh brewed coffee is never hot enough. Even after informing the barista to make it extra hot, they tend to give us a luke-warm coffee.Hope they take this feedback into consideration.

I Love CC's Coffee, the stores are always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, but most importantly the coffee is the best. Since it's only a Louisiana thing I take it with me when we travel so I can brew my own.

We really wanted some breakfast croissants, and we placed our order. I was told that they were out of some of the croissants, but they offered to replace them with a different croissant or muffin. I just enjoy when employees go out of their way to make a situation that could be negative and turn it into a positive. Thank you for being so nice about it!

It was very slow. I was only the second car in the drive thru and she still told me to hold on a moment. When she finally took my order, I repeated what I wanted 3 times. It still came out wrong. I ordered a Mochachip with Sugar Free White Chocolate Mocha instead of the regular mocha. It came out like a normal one would. It was meh. I will not be going back to that location. The one off of Burbank is much nicer and they seem to enjoy working there more.

I go to this location very often. All I ask is that my drink not have a lot of ice in it the blended kind and they never put ice in it at all I don't think they know how to listen.
