Horrible experience!! My wife and I usually go to another location but chose to stop by this one today. Horrible service. I don’t appreciate the workers talking about drugs they have been doing over the years or hear about store drama about coworkers and hear about a mean new boss while waiting for my order by the bar. You can tell they looked aggravated with each other as well. Service was slow. Just overall a poor atmosphere and place to go. Drinks were okay. They didn’t put enough caramel drizzle even after asking for extra. Don’t plan on coming back to this location.

Edit review: This CC’s is really starting to loose its touch. This is the 3rd time they gotten an order of mine wrong. I still give this place some credit for the professionalism of the staff, but I cannot recommend this location anymore if they keep messing up people orders, and it wasn’t even that busy in the restaurant mind you.

I love the caramel latte, usually drive through every other day. Drive thru is always packed. Now some genius in corporate is making the employee at speaker ask customers if they would like to try this new special drink!! Not a problem if they only said a 2 word name! Not the case, they are having the employees list name, ingredients, how its made, what beans are used, geeeeezzzzz! This detailed description takes forever!! Totally ridiculous and takes forever!!! three cars could have driven thru for coffee by the time this detailed full description is said! Everyone normally knows what they want and in rush to go to their job or other event! This lengthy description needs to stop and not necessary!

Okay, so I live all the way on the other side of the bridge. We wanted a coffee for the drive home, so we stopped at this location today. Louisiana heat clearly melted the drink, but inside I was caught off guard by the coffee grinds I but thinking they were chocolate chips in my mochasippi. Obviously I didn't see them in the drink before I left because it was blended and not melted yet. I have called a few times since I discovered it in my drink but no one is answering. So now I have to buy a whole new drink if I want one on this side because I've already crossed over the bridge. The color of the chocolate is definitely lighter than the coffee grinds.
