We walked in at 9:57 , yes right before they closed at ten .We called and they said they were open until ten meaning your open until ten not oh we stopped taking orders at 9:50.I just wanted ice cream .

Employees in the back smoking soooo much weed they couldn't be bothered to wait on us. Left after a few minutes of no service in an empty establishment. Won't be back

Sweet girl making the icecream & unique treat. Very yummy! However, the dusty light fixtures need cleaning desperately . The chairs need to be cleaned or replaced & the walls need a fresh coat of paint as the paint was chipping off the walls.

Went there because we wanted to have the cute rolling ice cream, we’ve had it before somewhere else and we loved it. we came here because it was closer, the floors were extremely sticky, that our shoes made noise when walking, we waiting 10 mins for them to even come out and talk to us (we were the only customers in there at the time) then 4 teens came behind us and they completely stopped taking out order to talk to him and laughing with them. then after we got our order, it took them a while to make our order, the rolls were sloppy. i would like to give them another try, if it was cleaner and better customer service.

This place has definitely gone down hill since it opened a couple of years ago. It used to be a cute little ice cream place that I looked forward to going to. But now some of the workers can’t roll the ice cream and it’s flaky instead of smooth. And when you walk in all you can smell is vape. The overall place is extremely dirty. It is definitely not worth the price, and I will not be going again.

Inside is sensory overload. I like traditional ice cream more than rolled ice cream, but this tasted pretty good and wasn’t served as brittle layers of ice. It’s expensive, I bought 2 ice creams and it was $17.

I went there with my son and the workers are so rude, and I asked for the manager only to find out she was the manager. It was also very dirty needless to say we left. I don’t recommend, go somewhere that appreciates your business.

Price: Reasonable Quality: It's frozen milk, very weak flavors. The resultant ice doesn't accommodate toppings unless they are crushed into these ice rolls to a point where they're dust to accommodate rolling. Delivery: I've had 5 star and 0 star experiences here. It all depends on who is working the counter. It's a manic business. If you feel like it's not going to go well when you open the door, then Arctic Bites (Perkins @ Siegen) sells a very similar product. Shortly after 9PM on 9/24/22 we visited Freezing Cow on Bluebonnet Blvd in Baton Rouge. After waiting several minutes at the register, One of us called out to see if anyone was there. No one answered or came to the register. We were not the only customers there. There were 5 of us, talking and making noise. After a minute or so of waiting, Someone decided to walk behind the counter to the entrance to a hidden area where two workers were found, who should have heard us, seated at a table. They asked for assistance. They were told by one of the workers that they should ring the bell and not to walk behind the counter. We left without ordering anything. The owner should consider working a night at the store as an "undercover boss", put a camera on their employees, or give them a cut of sales. It's not unique, service industry workers who don't have skin in the business but are paid by units of time (doing the minimum and getting paid the same as maximum effort) will act accordingly.

ridiculous price for something that tastes nothing like real ice cream at all! $7 for chocolate milk frozen on a tabletop. Just another gimmick store trying to maximize price with a less than quality product.

Bad first impression. Went because of the great reviews but almost opted to go elsewhere but son was sold on rolled ice cream so I touched it out. Ice cream was great and service was ok but the place was NOT clean at all! Would’ve been perfect if it was clean. They were not busy at all yet tables and floors were dirty and staff appearance wasn’t the best. Would’ve been 5 stars if clean! I love to sit in for ice cream but opted to take out because of the smell and filth in the dining room. It’s a shame for such a nice place. I hope someone sees this and makes a change.

I have been here a few times and tried a few different options they have. My favorite is the Cow's Latte - coffe ice cream with condensed milk and they have multiple topping options and you can choose 3. They mix it, freeze it and roll it. It tastes ok. The only issue we had this last time is the spoons they provided were not strong enough to scoop the frozen rolled ice cream.

Sent my oldest daughter at 8:30 with an 9 year old that's been begging to go to your place. Website says yall close at 9:30 and they get there an hour before the posted time and they were told they were closing early! 30 min trip waisted ! We will never be back !
