Customer service is very rude and made me wait 20 mins when I was the only one in the restaurant while they were making a “catering order”. When I finally got my food the fruit wasn’t fresh and the açaí was chunky and nasty. The other place in BR is MUCH better!

They had a sign on the door with days they’d be open due to staffing issues (understandable). So I came on the day it said they’d be open around 1oclock and the place was open but the doors were locked and when I called he said they’d be closed until 4 “prepping” but they close at 5??? Just poorly managed. I used to love this place but now I’ll go to playa bowls!

Horrible experience. Will never go back where I'm not welcome. Had an online order to pick up. No one addressed or acknowledged me. Had me waiting almost 20 minutes for one bowl that should have already been made. Almost feels as of they overlooked me because I was the only "black man" customer that was there. Did not feel very friendly at all

This place is always so good and is always satisfactory every time I go in or order on Uber. It’s always super fresh, super tasty, and the staff is always so kind. Really love this place and it’s one of my more frequented spots. The staff always remembers my cashew nut allergy and will sometimes even write little smiley faces on my to go bags if they recognize the name in Uber eats. P.S. — The Frutella bowl is a must. So delicious! :)

This is no longer Frutta bowls, it is Fat Boys Pizza. Or maybe google just put me in the wrong place. I like the big slices of pizza, but too expensive, and too crowded.
