Ordered a sweep the kitchen which I have always loved. Ordered it through GrubHub/Amazon. Placed the order at 2:20 and from 2:40 until 4:09 my pizza was being “worked on”. The GrubHub driver picked it up at 4:09.I got it at about 445. The pizza arrived cold. I called the restaurant to see if it had been sitting there since shortly after 240 to see if it was even safe to eat. The response I got from the guy even after he said he checked around, was that they wouldn’t leave a pizza sitting around and he had just gotten there and he really didn’t know. He said I would have to check with GrubHub because it was their issue… not Johnny’s pizza. I would say that GrubHub got it here in a timely manner… Johnny’s had my order From 220 to 4:09. That is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering it again.

Went for the buffet. But was discontinued. Still enjoyed a new deep dish style pizza that's pretty darn good. Of course a also got the sweep the floor. The manager offered me 25% off for my meal.

Pizza reminds me of Pizza Inn, which, if you're from BR, you will totally know what I mean. Service was par, restaurant was clean but uninviting. I pickup takeout periodically when I need that 80's pizza craving extinguished. Good food, but get it to go.

I got delivery from Johnny's Pizza House. The cheese bread was pretty good. I ordered a mushroom and onion pizza. It was mostly onion and it was too much. I didn't end up finishing the pizza.

Arrived at 846 to pick up prepaid order, store closing time on door and Google show 9 pm. Clearly you could see 3 poorly dressed, disorganized individuals in the store who proceeded to acknowledge us and another customer at front door to pick up but didn't open the door. Both vehicles entered the drive theu...big back then turns away from the windows. Thankfully I was able to dispute the charge by taking pictures of staff in the store, advertised times on door and Google and poor customer s3rvice individuals inside the store. As Lousiana natives we attempted to give this store the benefit in the doubt,despite the poor reviews already posted. They failed HORRIBLY. I agree with the several reviewers proposing this store to be closed. Truly a stain on the Johnny's name. Do better!

We did take out so not sure about the atmosphere, but the pizza was amazing as usual!
I have visited a few more times since the 2 star rating given in 2023(below). Things seem to have improved some and I’m thankful to see it. I’m happy management seems to have improved.
It saddens me to give Johnny’s anything less than 5 stars. That said, this location deserves exactly 1 star. I’ll give it 2 stars for now. The service has been absent and the quality lacking well before Covid. At time of writing it is even worse.
Despite that, I still give this location a chance regularly… and they regularly fail to meet basic expectations. Employees are routinely goofing around, the service is awful, and order mix ups are common. It took them over 1 hour to make my simple cheese party pizza… while I waited because the first pizza wasn’t correct all while the restaurant was not at all busy. The phones are often left ringing and online ordering is frequently down. These are not one-off event but a consistent pattern. Please do better, y’all. We need y’all to step up.

I was so excited to try Johnnys but will never ever go back. I ordered a few items and had the hubby pick up . When he got home the order was completely wrong and were missing a pizza altogether , so I called and was met with a very rude manager who refused to take responsibility and was going to require me to bring all of them back just to prove one was missing (we were not willing to, we live 30 mins away and it was a Friday night on a game weekend in Baton Rouge , enough said) . No refunds allowed. Period.After extreme rudeness and absolutely zero customer service, I just couldn’t deal with him anymore after about 20 mins of this (I actually couldn’t even believe a manager would talk to a customer like that) so I asked for the owner of the franchise to call.A week later, no call. So I call again and went thru the whole story again with that manager and The manager said yet again he would have the owner call and issue a gift card. He promised I would have a call by the end of the week.No call. So I Called yet a 3rd time to be told I would hear back by the end of the day.Still waiting on that call and that was 4 months ago…. Literally all Im waiting for is that gift card for the one missing pizza, which should NOT be hard to do (since they don’t provide refunds even when it’s their mistake)I can’t say how disappointed I am in the management to not even have the Courtesy to return a call when they messed up, as a business owner if there’s a mess up I will always get in touch with the client and make it right.Apparently johnnys doesn’t operate this way. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
