I only get the chicken sandwich because the last burger tasted funny and was falling a part! I was unable to return because i was in a different area by the time i started eating!

Usually we have no issues with McDonald's; however, last night we waited (along with four cars behind us) for the car in front of us to get their order. He got a drink and we thought he may have been waiting on food, but after about ten minutes he just left. When we got to the window, my BF asked about the delay and the female clerk replied that they were just chatting. We couldn't believe they chatted for so long with a line of cars waiting for service!! Poor assistance and attitude - very unprofessional!

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to get food early this morning. The manager was order taking. She cut me off after every item I order. I told her she didn't have to be rude and she stated ," well imma always be rude". I asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager. I asked for her boss contact info and she said no and I can go.
