McDonald's

I go to the drive through at the McDonald's on Coursey in the mornings. The customer service I get from Mary and the young lady with the scar on her face/neck (sorry, I can't think of her name right now) is wonderful. I pass several McDonald's going to work but their friendly, kind and caring customer service keeps me returning to this location.

The manager is quite nice, the other employees are like a bag of rocks. I have held this opinion for several years now. Many times the person working the first window seems to be upset that I ordered something, I try not to visit this place but it is fast food, so that's exactly what I expect from the4 employees. (half-fast food / half-fast service)

Service is indifferent, but there is one mature lady there who does know how to smile and say thank u. Appparently none of McDonald's management care to teach or stress customer service. No greeting. No thank u. No grace. But, the best deal is the $1 McChicken sandwich. Fairly tasty and decent. The other items and combos are way to expensive, unless u get the $ 5 daily special.
