Food was good, no problem there. 3 employees didn't seem interested in taking our order. Then he was very hard to understand. I asked him to repeat himself several times. Most of the tables had not been wiped off. We will not go back to that location.

Sat in drive thru for ten minutes with no answer decided to go in and as soon as I walked thru the door employees just looked at me then had a whole back and fourth of who was taking my order(spicy breast and large fries) only to get the breast that was dry and old and a soggy large fry.

Worst Popeyes in BR. My ghost pepper wings were cold. Nothing was ghost pepper about the wings. They weren't fresh. The Popeyes cup they gave me looked as if it had a night out on Bourbon Street ! Cup was falling apart. Top couldn't stay on for anything it's just annoying. Service was horrible! Definitely wasn't loving that chicken from Popeyes today!should I go on?Nah, I'm done. I just wish I could get my 12.95 back.

Just went to the Popeye's on Jones Creek in BR. There was 2 employees in the kitchen and 3 in the lobby huttled up talking with a long line at the counter. When confronted by a customer the manager started yelling saying that they were having a meeting. That started a shouting match between the customer and the manager. The customer left saying that she would contact the District Manager. Once she left the employees laughed about pissing off a customer. I was in line and it did bother me that the service was that bad. I like the chicken, but it's not worth putting up with bad service for. I don't know what they were meeting about but nothing is more important than customers. They should of put the meeting off til later and helped us without an attitude.

But unfortunately if you try to go during dinner rush you will be in line FOR-EV-ER!!¡¡!Parking: Plenty of parking between the building and Walgreens parking lot. There is no parking on the other side of the building, but overflow could park at Walgreens I suppose...

Debt card # stolen. Used a debt card I NEVER use here and within a day I have 2 UNKNOWN mobile transactions on my bank account. Both for a management company who manages apartments on Flannery. It seemed like it took an awful long time for my card to be returned to me and now I know why. I can only assume that someone working the window was taking pictures of my debt card. So thanks for that, glad you got to pay your rent you piece of trash!

Went through Drive Thru on Jones Creek product wasn't up, I said that I would wait on Food, Manager informed that I couldn't get my Food Dark, after I said I would wait the Service is very poor in this store. I Reached out to the District Manager Refused to Slove my problem and Reach Back out to me as a Customer. I wouldn't Recommend this store to anyone Service is Bad, Refused me Service Reach out to District Manager he said that he would Accept the Complaint I go to that store 3-4 times a week, and spend anywhere from 17-20 I don't Matter as a Customer. No One tried to Fix the Problem are Reach out to me. I wouldn't Recommend this Restaurant to anyone
