First time I went into this place to buy food, and it smells as ugly as ah corner ah humidity, oh sewage water it made me sick to eat the food I bought I won't go back ah buy food in this place

If the window lady smiled her face would crack. Leave the attitude at home. Would it kill you to say thank you or have a nice day?

It’s always a situation in there for complaints they can never get your order right and the food made my system hurt all night

Parking: Pothole hard to turn into because parking lot so small

The Popeyes on Florida has great food & wonderful employees they have great customers service they help the customers

I was placing a mobile order to pick up. A “10piece Bigger Box” to be exact… Before sending in the order I called this location to ask if I was able to get all dark meat, legs and thighs only I was told yes if my order hadn’t been made yet I let the person on the phone know that I had just sent the order in while we were on the phone upon arriving to this location I was told to pull to the front and they would bring my order out to me Which is another hint that my order was not made yet Still, I got home checked my food. I was missing the three jalapeños that I ordered and my food was almost all breast and wings i had ONE single thigh in the order. I received no silverware, napkins or sauces. I called to ask for information on corporate to contact them and was told they have no access to corporate information. I did not want to go back to have my order remade because they were extremely rude on the phone However, I would like either my order made correctly or a refund. I have pictures of my order as of which I received it and can show proof that it wasn’t made correctly.

Today girl at window had an attitude the way she handle my food n place it on my car door no receipt given an was rushing me to complete my order talking over me bad service hope it’s better service next time if not find a more professional spot

Chose not to make my food and waited a hour for it to be delivered then when they are finally closed to say we are not cooking anymore even though I placed the order a hour before they closed
