Wish I can give no stars just left wait over 30 minutes 😒 for them to get my order wrong never coming back here again.

Popeyes has GREAT food but the service needs some work. Going there we ordered the "$5 Box" and we had a mixup with the order which seems to happen every time we go there. So like I said it needs some work.

Placed online order for surf and turf combo. Hour later was not ready . They were quick
to fill it. First bite of shrimp was cold, 2nd were frozen. I stopped eating and opened the 3rd it was grey now I'm starting to worry about food poisoning.. Outside was brown inside raw

Just wished all of my tenders were hot and fresh.

Online order. Literally watched someone walk in, order, get food, eat, and leave. Still hadn’t got my online order I placed 20 mins before showing up. Not the 1st time this has happened. This location leaves a lot to be desired.

I have always loved Popeyes chicken, But my last two times to this location, I got Chicken wings and they seem to be cooked in an old slimy grease. The first time I threw away after eating one piece. Second time The next morning I had an upset stomach. I will wait a long time before I go back to this Popeyes. The next morning I had an upset stomach. Best fried chicken, worst service.

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS PLACE I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 20 MINS FOR MY FOOD TO COME OUT!! I ORDERED A 2 PC COMBO AND THE CARS BEHIND ME GOT THERE FOOD BACK BEFORE ME LIKE DAMN!!!

I love this Popeyes ! They are always nice and my food is always fresh. Ms. Krystal is a wonderful general manager and does her best to satisfy the customer. Now, sometimes there is a wait, but I rather have fresh food than speedy service. 10 out of 10 recommend !

Well I was unable to enjoy Popeyes from here because the rude drive thru employee. When we asked for one second, she told us we were on a timer to pull around and come inside. Umm, no. The amount of time I waste waiting for my food at Popeyes and you are timing me... Hard pass

I have since contacted the corporate office to complain about this location. I went to this location with my family while traveling to New Orleans and had to stop in Baton Rouge to stay for the night before heading to New Orleans. We decided to purchase food at this location prior to going to our hotel room. We went into this location at 8:30 p.m. at night however it was about 10:30 when we left this location. The service was not up to par in which the staff ended up not providing receipts to customers that were waiting for food. There was a 45 minute to an hour wait for food. There were several customers coming from the drive through section of the store in which they did not receive food or receipts. In my observation of this particular location, I observed the night manager becoming more agitated with a customer in regards to purchasing food in which he did not receive food nor a receipt. It took an additional 30 minutes before he was able to get food at this particular location. One of the store clerks was new because you can tell she was trying to help when needed however there was another store clerk that destroyed all the receipts that was left on the register and did not give any customers receipts when coming into the store after making purchases. I decided not to contact the general manager by text message or phone and decided to submit a complaint formally through the corporate office online through the website. I have yet to receive a response about this particular location.
