I've gone to the Starbucks about a half a dozen times in the last year. I avoid the Starbucks because each time I go for the most part , the staff is very cold and focuses on getting the drink quickly to you. I appreciate the quickness, but they don't take time to listen to the request. They also tonight argued about adding any extra that might be left over to the drink. I do understand that Starbucks has to make a profit, but I frequent a regular Starbucks on O'Neal Lane every day and they go above and beyond to keep a customer like myself. I spend on average daily about $18 each day at starbucks. I happen to work close to the Starbucks which is why I have gone there. I will continue to avoid it like the plague. Very disappointed in their customer service. I asked for Dome lid, they didn't put it on , they didn't get the drink correct three times . I suspect there was no extra espresso on top because I watched them make it and never saw them put it on the top of the drink. I hope the manager reads this message and make some changes to the evening staff , specifically on the date of January 12th. I am not a person that normally complains like this , but I am extremely disappointed that this Starbucks cannot go above and beyond like the one at I-12 and O'Neal lane. They take the time to get to know you. This one just seemed like they wanted to get the door shut as quickly as possible.

I went here yesterday (12/16) and again today (12/17) both times my order was messed up. I asked for oat milk and breve in drinks and both were made with two percent and tasted like watery gas station coffee. Yesterday when I ordered I was told I couldn’t reload my Starbucks card at the register and to “just do it online” when I wanted to reload 5$ which is not possible online. As a former Starbucks barista the way this store is handled is deplorable. Will definitely not be back at this Starbucks ever.Dietary restrictions: Make sure that they actually use the milk you specify in your drink.

i did the mobile app & ordered the venti strawberry refresher and the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich…i walked inside to wait on my order…3-5 minutes the guy called my name the first order was the drink, when he placed it on the counter i knew something wasn’t right with it so they ran out of strawberries (i guess) i tasted it & it was awful then waited for the sandwich which took about 5-7 minutes because they were kinda busy so i got to work & i only liked the sandwich its crazy i never had an issue like this at all since i been ordering from themA WASTE OF $12.09!! ?

Literally, took 15 mins., to fix a coffee . Plus there were three workers, moving slow. Many of the cars from leaving the drivethru because of the time they were taking. So long to take orders.

Starbucks is losing their touch! The employees are clueless, and have the audacity to ask for tips at the drive thru window! I placed a mobile order and when I arrived I announced I had a mobile order. When I reached the drive thru window, the guy asked for payment again, I informed him the order was prepaid. He said , “oh, that’s right, it is!”. I asked for lite ice, the cup was filled with ice to the rim! I called a few minutes after I left the drive thru to tell them about the order but no one answered the phone!
