Whoever own this location need to pay attention to they employees and their establishment. They close the restaurant early damn near everyday, they out of everything and the employees are terrible with customers. I understand people not having the days but over here it’s always something.

Tonight when I went there I felt uncomfortable with the workers. Also, they said that they close at 12:00 Am when on the website they close at 3:00 Am and she tried to say that taco bell and Off are two different things I felt horrible being at this place and I felt threatened. Every worker in there needs to be fired. Because their lazy and don't wanna workKid-friendliness: They were very mean to my child
Since when does it take 28 minutes to make a quesadilla and a soft taco when there is noone else in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through? 3 employees standing around in the back, doing nothing, while 1 is working the register and making food at 9 pm.

It is 9:30 and they just had beef soft and hard tacos; even though they closed at 11.No chicken.They stop you in the middle of the drive thru until they tell you to move up even though no one is front of you. This is ridiculous!!!!

5 star service here. 10:45am this morning the gentleman at the first window and the lady at the second blew me away with their kindness and customer service. Kudos to them. They are keepers.
It seems like lately every other order that I get from this particular Taco Bell /KFC something's usually messed up and they do not like to correct it I don't know what's going on at this place but someone needs to do something about it they need to fix their equipment so they can hear properly or something because it's no way that they should mess up an order that many times

I arrived tonight think that I would get great service and lo and be good thing where okay until I got my food half of the thing wasn't in the bag and my fries where cold so I ask for hot fries and the young man said no problem but when I went to bite into the chicken I had a long peace of hair in my food I brought it inside the young man was cool but the manger was a complete a** whole day I fix the food it that hair was not in there and I told her I don't have hair so where did it come from

This location is horrible. How are they a fast food establishment and multiple times of me coming they don’t have cups for the drinks? I had to pull up because the manager said she had to watch her drive thru time. After waiting over 28 minutes I get out and go into the establishment. It was very nasty over flowed garbage sitting by the counter where the food is being prepared then I received my food it was NOT correct. After I seen the garbage I 1st asked for a refund she said no refund was available. This restaurant needs to be closed down! I will be calling the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) that’s for sure. Y’all need to be doing some training on cleaning and customer service skills! The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will be receiving a call on the next businesses day this place is pathetic and need management!!!!!
