KFC is dead... 4pc original w/ mash pot. The food had the consistency of frozen dinner with 0 taste. I will never eat KFC again. I paid $14 for horrible food that I threw away.

Just left this location and I’m utterly disappointed & disgusted once again. I hadn’t eaten in all day and risked giving this store a second chance. I just ate here last weekend and the food was terrible. This evening I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla combos and 2 extra taco supremes. I was only given 3 tacos and they were all regular. No sour cream. I told the manager and she took the bag back and said they will make the tacos over. I would think this time they would get it right. Only to get home and it’s 1 taco supreme and 3 regular tacos. We were still missing one Taco Supreme. The Tacos were all cracked and messy. The Quesidallas were so terrible. They were flat and I assume too hot because the paper was sticking to the quesidilla which made it hard to eat. We had to eat around the paper. I don’t know what has happened at this location but it’s now a store I will avoid at all costs. Food is too costly to have it gone to waste repeatedly.

A Love

The entire experience was horrible! I will stick to the excellent location on greenwell springs! No greeting at the speaker. They were out of wings at 5pm in the day. Kristin didn’t ask what size freeze I wanted and gave me a small. The roll ups literally had a sprinkle of cheese in them and were not rolled at all! As I talk with people nobody likes this location and that needs to be fixed. It’s unacceptable. Go to another location people I’m warning you!

HORRIBLE! Kristin did not speak over the speaker. I tried ordering wings they were out and it was only 5pm. The cheesy roll up had hardly any cheese and was not rolled up. I ordered a freeze and was given a small but I wanted the large. Everything was bad.
