I hate to give bad reviews. I come from Orlando, Florida for business reasons. I wanted to eat something quick, but coming here is a waste of time and a lack of respect.4 people working and none of them deigned to attend me to take my order, I had to do it myself. While they were preparing my order, they looked at me and talked to each other. My thinking is that since I am “Hispanic” they thought I don’t know English. My order came out terrible. When I was leaving, the only person who came in after me, ordered and after several minutes he had to tell them, excuse me... I already ordered, you can make my order. And the employees on the cell phone watching videos. The person in charge of this establishment should take action in the matter. Do logistics and audits. And give them customer service training. What a pity that in such a busy area, this place does not enter so many customers.

Worst taco bell in Baton Rouge. Incorrect order. And you dont want to go back through the drive thru to fix it since you'll have to pass through the crowd of panhandlers asking for money while you sit and wait. Never going back.

Strike 1: No one at the counter seemed interested in taking orders, let alone acknowledging customers. Several of them standing around and another just texting.Strike 2: Restrooms are now locked and have to be unlocked by management. What the? No. I'm not dining somewhere where I need a key to a restroom.Ridiculous.

I came there 2 days ago ordered a Mexican pizza with easy beans and they put more beans than beef on my food. The manager was very nasty towards me and did not replace my order. She said do u have the food ? This was 2 days ago I’m from prairieville I only came this way because they never answer the phones here. I brought my receipt and the manager refused to replace the pizza. She was very unprofessional and nasty towards me

I got in line 30 minutes before close... they purposely didn't take the orders in front of me to slow down so by the time I got up the window they were "closed". To be clear, they made me wait in a line for 30 minutes, no exaggeration, so they wouldn't have to take my order. Ridiculous

I ordered and paid for food at 9:25AM, but the restaurant is only open from 10AM and no one gave me my food! I have to go to work and I don't have time to wait half an hour for food, so I didn't pick up my order and I'm very angry about the situation!
