This USED TO BE my favorite spot for a quick bite at lunch, especially their tacos. It has gone to the pits. First...The food was sloppy and disgusting. Then...the staff was in there cursing and literally fighting each other. Including the manager. Gave me the wrong order ...and then made my actual order wrong, and the quality was sketch, as my steak taco tasted very weird. Ive never had beef taste like wild meat. It's a shame. Time to give someone else the space on this side of town because this isn't it!!!!Kid-friendliness: Employees are vulgar

Place went downhill, which is a shame because it used to be a really good spot to eat. To start, the manager was arguing with an employee in the front of the store upon arrival, seems like that’s something that should be done out of sight from customers. Was informed upon ordering that my order would take 15-20 minutes, after about 30 minutes i was informed they don’t have the ingredients to make my order. Pretty wild considering they had no problem wasting 30 minutes of my time as opposed to actually checking if they had the ingredients. Employees dressed and acted as if they don’t care. Overall negative experience. Won’t be back to this location

I love a good kolache, but this was not one of my favorites. The portion size (kolache) is extremely smaller than others I've tried. I would love to try other items on the menu, but not sure if I will. I guess it's a first impression thing with me. Disappointed!

Terrible. Food was cold, spicy sausage with cheese kolache tasted old & not appetizing. It was basically empty as well, it was like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. & the fruit & cheese looked old & was stale af. I had to toss it out. The service was also like the food, just not good. Just go anywhere else if you are looking for a kolache.Wheelchair accessibility: N/a

Brought my kids to get something to eat for breakfast today 6/25/23.. we first sat in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes with no help or answer. My husband then goes in and the girl says they are not taking orders right now. He then asked if they were closed and she stated again that they are just not taking orders.. again this is 11:00 am on a Sunday. I’m sorry, but you could have responded to the customers that have now sat in line and have been waiting. This is unacceptable and I will not be back!!!!!

Place is not what it used to be. I made orders that were accepted then, while waiting to find out they were out of the product. Kitchen was frantic and confused . Drive through girl literally went to the front counter for help stating she is confused, and stating she needs help. - I was abandoned … Drive through customers were clearly frustrated as well . When my person returned I was quickly given 2 halves of a ranchero because it was ripped in half, then walking to the truck the cold sensation of ice coffee soaking through my new shoes and short happened as the ice coffee cup had a inch split in it . I went back in and swapped cups- they did not refill just swapped cups and did not care when I showed them the new stains on shorts and shoes . The food taste good but long waits happen- witnessing disorganized kitchen and general lack of concern disappointed me except for when they flip the POS machine over saying “ please choose a tip option, and sign” . Place used to be a Sat / Sunday family favorite. Sat June 24 appox 10 am

The girl at the register was too busy having a personal conversation to even ask what we wanted or acknowledge us at the counter. We ordered without her asking... and the kolaches were COLD. We won't be back to this location!

First time visiting today. I went around 10am. The lobby was closed. I didn’t visit in a vehicle, so one of the staff members let me come in to order. She was very polite. I ordered a breakfast taco,it was awesome, and a shrimp and cheese empanada. It had too much bread and not enough feeling. The feeling was good. I would visit again.

Decent breakfast tacos with consistently poor service. Waited at an uncovered speaker box for 10 minutes in the rain, never to have my order taken. Went inside just to be told it will be another 10 minute wait. Wouldn’t mind the wait as much if someone took my order when I got there. Waiting 20-30 minutes for one taco is crazy.

I know the breakfast tacos are good but your employees are more concerned with talking to each other than working and making your business any money. This is the 2nd time I tried to order food and both times nobody took my order at the speaker. I drove around to go inside to place my order and then realized the employees were just hanging around at the front counter have a conversation. They had no intention of stopping their conversation to help customers. So I didn’t even bother getting out of my car, I just left. You need to get new employees if you intend on actually making any money.

This place use to be great- what happened? The service was beyond rude. Took forever to acknowledge me at the drive thru and the girl didn’t even speak to me at the window. $25 for some skimpy tacos.

Waited in the drive through for 20 mins, when it got to the car ahead of me, whoever was inside stopped taking orders, that car waited 10 mins and left, I waited 5 more mins and left. As I waited a few mins at the window, I saw one lady inside laughing and talking with the kleinpeter guy, not once did she acknowledge me at all, and at that point I completely lost my appetite for kolache kitchen. This was at 830am.

Used to love this place, now they are consistently out of everything. Tried again today; once again out of what I wanted and they couldn't make anything else because I was told they shut down the grill at 1:15, when they are open until 2:00.... Soooo I can order a drink? ???‍♀️. Maybe if staff was more worried about running the establishment than getting off early, it wouldn't lose customers.

I had a brand new credit card I used at The Kolache Kitchen on Jefferson. I have only used the car on Google Play Account and on Amazon Account until the 2nd of May. I went to eat with a friend. We walked in. I used my card to pay. They gave us our order incorrectly and I had to have it remade. The next day, I was getting scams from a square account. $200, $500, $500, $500, $500. Needless to say, Chase Bank sent me a text, and here I am canceling my card and writing a review. Do I believe their employees stole my card information? 1000%. If I ever used that card elsewhere, I would be less sure, but I haven't. My friend also mentioned she went through today at 1:30pm, and they wouldn't serve anything but drinks and had closed the food, even though they are open until 2 pm.
