Never imagined in Baton Rouge somebody could make and serve a soup like etouffee that I had to dive in to search for crawfish..We talked about it to the waitress with no use.My humble suggestion is if you can’t make it good please delete that item from your menu.It is a humiliating experience for guests comming from out of state if you don’t have a quality control before you serve your dish

This was my first time ordering food from this establishment.. and I would have to say the young lady was very sweet and I was highly impressed by how she treated me because I didn’t get my rice on the side which was not her fault but she kindly and respectfully got everything I asked her for.. she was very polite.. the food was the bad because it was cold before I got it.. and the time I picked it up was before the time on the app so that needs to be fixed plus the gumbo had no meat and it was not good at all the poboy was ok.. for that it was my first time and probably my last time because it could be much better especially for the price I paid it was close to 40.00 for one person.. I’ve heard a lot of good things about walk ons but this particular location needs new cooks.. the ladies were nice but the cooks need to do better

Love this Walk On's location. This location is better than the one located down corporate in town center. We had a very nice waitress, I don't remember her name but she had blonde curly hair. She was super sweet and made our experience great. We went on college night which was super packed and busy but our burger came out in a reasonable amount of time. College night is a great deal. The scholarship burger is only $5 and comes with fries and toppings. The burger was a little pink in the middle but is understandable with how many burgers they were probably cooking that afternoon. Loved that our waitress kept checking up on us and making sure we didn't need anything else.

Excellent customer service, food, and drinks. I will continue to drive to this location over the one in Juban Crossing. Bloody Marys are on point!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly! One of my sons (9 yr old) favorite place to go eat.
Unfortunately, my upper left molar broke when I bit the tortilla chip. The manager (I believe) was kind and handled the situation appropriately. I can’t rate the food because my tooth breaking ended my ability to eat. The establishment appeared clean, the bathrooms were tidy, and it was visually appealing. My mom had the alligator bite tacos, I believe. My sister had some sort of burger with bacon on it, which she really enjoyed so that was a plus. I marked down mostly because of how cold it was inside the building even with me wearing a sweater. I find it quite hard to function properly or to think clearly when I am that cold, so that was a bit of a turn off. however, the hostess and waitress were pleasant and friendly, so I would still recommend this place.9 - I really had to get my tooth extracted due to that fracture!! This is insane! Photo is attached at the end ?

Came here for college night, and our server, Angelina, neglected to mention that now the 22 oz are no longer half-off. Only the 22 oz beers at that, all others were. Can't help but honestly feel tricked into paying 7 bucks more than what I was expecting.

A little pre-graduation celebration with my son and his best friend. The management and staff handled an issue phenomenally well, they are to be commended.

Always love the food here, but this location seems to suffer from understaffing. I was there on a Friday evening the weekend of a home football game, stood at the bar for over 20 minutes and never even made eye contact with an employee. Most recently, I went in for a quick bite before a basketball game and sat at the bar. The lone bartender checked on every patron that already had food and/or drink in front of them before taking my order. Again... the food is great and the staff is friendly. I just find that management may be understaffing the bar area.
