Always really good service. Especially the pharmacy. They take alot of time to awnser you questions and care alot about their patients. I highly recommend seeing them for all your prescription needs they are incredibly kind and welcoming.

Saving money is my favorite thing about Sam's, members mark, and name brands cheaper, and T-mobile in the house!! Stop and talk to them, you'll be glad you did! Only 50 dollars a yr membership, or 100 a yr and they ship everything free to you!

Chat system doesn’t work. You can barely understand customer service when you call. They can’t help. Store doesn’t answer or hangs up immediately. Corporate cannot get managers to do their job.
Delivery driver forgot ALL of my refrigerated items. Chat service doesn’t work on phones. Spent 2 hours on the phone with different customer service people since I was told to call by the online rep. I ended up speaking with corporate because the Bossier City Sam’s staff couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone and kept hanging up. Corporate said the groceries I paid for would be delivered today, but didn’t happen. When corporate can’t get a location to do its job or even answer the phone, that should show the level of incompetence and laziness of the management there.

This store has tons of stuff, but that DELI DEPARTMENT is going to put a bad taste in several customers mouths....with their bad attitudes. They were so ghetto, they wrote No pizza on the display case right as you walk up to the register. Plus, the drink and condiment areas were nasty, and only one of the four icee flavors was working. If they don't want to work, they need to stay at home. ?

Sam's has always been number one in my book! Just wish they'd pay more attention to employees spending time on phones rather than interacting with customers. Twenty five minutes in line for hot dog & drink??? Apparently management isn't paying attention to what's going on.
