The overall experience is okay sometimes the wait can be a bit long but the food overall is pretty mid. Sometimes will receive cold food and it gets rejected when asking for a fresh replacement. Oh and don't ask anything too difficult like adding extra sauce because they will say no.

Don’t eat here. Nasty food, nasty people. They will tell you that they only accept cash through the drive through and when you pay they will put the cash in their pocket and hand you the food with attitude like somehow you are inconveniencing them by ordering food. Bunch of thieves.

Arrived at Popeyes on hwy 30 to pick up my food, and the customer service was horrible ...my order was mess up and the young boy, because he's definitely not a man, he's attitude was horrible just like his service. I will never go to that place again.... But the manager did replace my order and she fixed my order right.

I have given this place so many opportunities in the past, but today is the last one. They are absolute garbage. Always waiting for food to be cooked, the workers don’t seem to care at all, and are in no hurry to do anything, this is pathetic.
Employees were goofing off when we came in. There were no lids for the drinks. The food was nice and hot. They didn't give us any napkins.

Very disrespectful, ordered chicken tenders and they gave me nuggets. I did not pay for $11 sum for no nuggets, didn't even tell me they was out or anything. They just gave the nuggets, poor manners, whoever hired them needs to be fired. Didn't give the receipt or anything. Attitude was horrible. Would not go back even if it was the last place to go. Popeyes on Louisiana 30 West, Gonzales La. They should get better people. And I would like the district number so I can report them.

I went at 9:00pm with a mobile order and was told that my wings had to be dropped fresh which would take 15 minutes. I was pulled up. After 15 minutes they came and told me that the wings were still frozen. I also had tenders. I was told they were frozen also. This is very unacceptable. I hope this restaurant gets their operation together and soon!!!!!!!
