I'm not sure why they wouldn't fry fresh fries for loaded fries. I have tried them twice and I received clumped/solid dishes each time. The food was great when they 1st opened but now it's a gamble. I'm so tired of wasting money here. Usually if you wait a few weeks diffrent crew/turnover it may get better but this hasn't been the case. Final straw $15 for a box of nuggets, really.

I have been here a couple of times now and so far I have one of two outcomes:1) I go in person inside the store for lunch and everything goes smoothly, I get my food quickly, everyone is nice.2) I go through the drive thru at night and end up having to go somewhere else. I have yet to actually successfully purchase food here at night.The most recent night trip (which promoted this review), I had to wait for 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thru. When I can finally order, it takes multiple tries to have the person understand my order. Once it's finally placed they give me the price, I hear someone else in the speaker, and the cashier goes "Ummm actually that's going to be twenty minutes". No one else in line, no cars when I got there. I'm probably never going to go at night and neither should you.

this is an “anonymous” review but i worked for zaxbys on hwy 30 a little over 3 months ago not and it was a decent job personally if the people working it would pick up the pace and not be lazy!!! the food quality and service would be better, the company isn’t bad it’s the people working the location, i got fired for reasons that i shall not say , but very disrespectful behavior from general manager, now they are constantly hiring and can’t keep people due to how they run it. i could have been what zabxys needed but some people don’t realize that we’re human not “slaves” and we make mistakes and it’s our job to learn from them to improve.
The service was friendly but the food did not taste too good.

Went to the drive thru and the lil kids were soo rude and unprofessional. I sat in the parking lot to enjoy my meal. Didn't bother anyone. They made up a lie to call the cops and said two females wanted to fight them and the were with me. Oh did I mention I was at work ?. cops ask me to leave for no reason. I was a paying customer. Never eating at this place again. A bunch of lying lil brats

They use to be so good but, not any more. I ordered 10 original piece and asked for 2 souces and they told me they would have to charge me for 2=5 piece . What a rip off. So not to be charged extra i had to get the souce on the side. When i get my order, the chicken was ambient temperture. Not hot at all.
