I just went there and the two girls at the front window were so sweet and funny. I couldn't find my wallet right away and she was so nice about it. I wish I got their names to shout out how amazing they were. I hope you can figure who they were and give them a raise.

I went after work. I ordered a baconzilla with triple meat, bbq mother cruncher with bacon, and fry lovers xl fries. I asked the guy when I got the food, if what he gave me was the xl fries. They were in a la arge cup. He said yes. I told him that's not the xl fries. He said in the cup it is. They weren't with the $4.79. I didn't get a receipt, either. It's like the guy didn't know what he was doing. I'm never visiting this Rally's again. Poor service. Also, they only take credit...read full review

I went there to get two spicy chicken sandwiches now I understand we just had a freeze and the stores will have some problems caused by the deliveries but one car in front of me and no car or cars behind me it took them 15 minutes before they got out the order in front of me and we still didn't get the order so we went on our way ?
