I entered the restaurant at 7:05PM. There were trash cans all out of the metal containers barricading the walk way to get in line.I ordered a kids quesadilla and the person asked me which sides I wanted. I said fajita veggies. Another employee quickly stated that the kids meals only comes with rice and beans. I stated that’s not a problem please put them back and give me the rice and beans. The employee stated “no we won’t charge you this time. Just for next time” I also order chips and salsa. When I got to pay the cost in too high. I check my receipt and I was charged $1.60 for the fajita veggies I literally said I didn’t need.I tried to bring this to the attention of the cashier and she became irate and started saying “well I actually mischarged you. I should’ve charge you more.” I tried to engage in respectful dialogue and she refused so I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to write on my old receipt a false narrative that I “didn’t like being charged for the side”. That is incorrect. That is fraud. I was not incorrectly charged. You say the cup of salsa and assumed it was a side. It was not. It was apart of the chips and salsa I order. She literally made you guys waste the entire order of food because she refused to communicate with her peers about what happened.Dear Kaylia, I have a Masters degree. I know how to do basic bath. You were incorrect with your calculations. And you’re a poor communicator. Which leads to poor customer service. Enjoy policing customers over fajita veggies they didn’t want. Kaylia will drive away all of your customers. Please stop speaking and try listening. It goes a long way.

In the last 5-6 orders, I have had to come back because my orders are never made correctly. I’m either missing the chips, drink, and even the meat inside my quesadilla. Idk why, but this place has been doing very badly on their pick up orders. I always end up wasting my gas and time to drive back to get the missing items. I talked to Race this time and he was polite but there was one lady who was not helpful and argued with me once. After arguing with her, I picked up my order again and it was STILL wrong. It’s on the sticker. I am incredibly irritated but I chose this food because it is healthier. Please fix this.

Me and my husband walked in today to grab a bite to eat but quickly walked right back out. The place was absolutely disgusting. There was food on every single table, chair, and floor. Then you looked at the food behind the counter and it was a mess. It looked like it was really old also, not fresh. A customer should not have to watch where they walk to avoid food on the floor and definitely should not have to wipe their own table off. They need to take pride in where they work....

This place is so inconsistent. One day it's great and the next week it sucks. I always do a mobile order. I like getting the quesadilla. Online, it'll have you pick 3 sides. I choose fajita veggies, rice, and beans. Sometimes the veggies are in the quesadilla (ideal) and sometimes they are in the side. Sometimes they include the beans and other times they say nah, no beans for you. I'll try to leave a "comment" to ask for salsa on the side so there's no confusion on that.. ignored. I've never gotten anything where my comment made a difference. For example, I don't want salsa on the burrito bowl.. just put it on the side so I can add as much as I like. They don't care. I have had it delivered and picked up hot and fresh, other times so soggy I have to eat the quesadilla with a fork and knife.

The burritos here are just what you make them. That's right, you call all the shots. More cheese? Sure! More veggies? Sure!! Double wrap this huge burrito? Sure!!! Plus they're delicious.

The food here is delicious but they are always out of chicken at peak times. How can you not have a protein in the middle of dinner rush. Not to mention I have never seen a manager present. And why do you never have change? Are we in a cashless society?
