Eating 30 dollars worth of cold food because they only believe in 1 dipping sauce per order. Bought 24 wings got 2 3 Oz. Containers half full of ranch. Make sense of this for me Coop. You purchase 6 wings you get one ranch. You order 12 piece you get one ranch?! Where's the logic. Do the math. Now I'm returning home with my order just to go to the store for ranch. Go to popeyes, wingstop, or any other wing spot anywhere and they give you enough ranch. Moronic!

An email was sent before writing a review and no response. My family and I have been coming to Coop Deville for years. My family now lives in Folsom and we travel to eat here often. I'm not going to say the restaurant food sucks because it does not. The sauces are amazing. The portions are questionable for the price but hey, we are in a recession. Here is why we will not be coming back. When we walked in, their were a couple regulars (I assume because all the staff kept talking to them) and a manager or the possible owner sitting with them yelling curse words, one being the word f***, throughout the entire restaurant. I was with my 11 and 2 year old. We let it slide because people get angry during sports. The server was super sweet and equally frustrated at the next set of events. We set down and ordered our drinks, a diet coke and two draft beers. They were out of diet coke and the draft beer cooler kept pouring foam. We ended up ordering bottle beers. The beers were warm but we drank it and received a cold glass. We then proceed to food. We ordered all our food only to be informed ten minutes later they were out of nearly everything we ordered, from the sauce to the sides. We changed our sides and sauces no problem. Fifteen minutes later, we were told that they were out of the other side we ordered. In our annoyance, we told the server to just give us our checks and we will go elsewhere. This is no fault to the server as I saw her after the second "we are out of" start rummaging through the freezer to make sure they were out before coming to the table. I genuinely felt bad for her. Poor management is all I will have to say. We have no plans on returning which is such a bummer because we have enjoyed their food previously before. I am not saying every other visit was spectacular, just this was the last straw.
Great atmosphere, great service, even better food! Myself, my husband, & our three children stopped in for lunch during a road trip and it was perfect! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad with fried chicken, medium sauce, and ranch! It was literally the best Medium wing sauce I've ever had. My husband ordered a BBQ bacon cheese burger with fries that looked picture perfect. He said the fries were crispy & seasoned great. The kids had mild wings, and chicken strips that they devoured. 10/10 would recommend.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Server was kind, friendly, and personable. Our three kids ages 7, 11, & 12, all enjoyed their food and the atmosphere.
Food wasn't even hot. Kraft packs of blue cheese? Really? Our waitress was so slow you could watch paint dry. Watched as people at the bar waited over five minutes for someone to say hello. No manager and customers were washing dishes and trying to fix the tv. Wings were ok barring the fact that they were drowning in sauce. Won't go back.

Overall it was good. Boneless wings are really big not the size of popcorn chicken. The flavors are really good as well. Caribbean jerk, mango habanero, honey, garlic, spicy sweet-and-sour. We’re all the flavors we got. Can’t go wrong with honey garlic on boneless ?Parking: Had about 30 spots to park. Parking stretches around the back side of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu. I didn’t look too much into it.

The employees were very rude I tried placing an order over the phone I called once they didn’t pick up and then I called again they said we are closed and hung up in my face this was at 10:20 the website said they close at 11 so I was confused
