This is the best Korean BBQ / Vietnamese restaurant in south Louisiana. We drive from Baton Rouge to eat here. Nice ambiance, an excellent wait staff, and GREAT food!

We never had Korean BBQ, but we are hooked now. When we went here the first time, we were not sure what to expect last year, but ever since then, we have been amazed. The service is extraordinary, but honestly, the best thing is the owner. When we did not understand things on the menu, or how it was prepared, she would go the extra mile and come over and explain things to us. (She was even nice enough to bring us a little extra of something we were not sure about, which we ended up ordering more!) ORDER THE BAO BUN! Their servers also go above and beyond and seem to always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend sitting at one of the tables with the burner, or whatever they're called, because that is a experience in it of itself. We cannot wait till we go back again, and I'm sure it will be much sooner than later.Vegetarian options: We have three family members that are vegetarian, and they were able to eat plenty. One of the few places that they have multiple selections for them.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are a little older, but there were several children there and seemed to be enjoying it. There is quite a selection available for them.

Service was a little bit better than the first time. I really wanted to give them a second chance after the atrocity that was our visit during their opening week. Waitress was absolutely adorable, but the bbq meats were damn near freezer burned. Nothing was seasoned with the only exception being the “bulgogi” meat set. Side dishes for the meal were tiny and way too underwhelming for the price. I LOVE the concept of Korean bbq, but the implementation was done so poorly. I unfortunately will not be back

For starters it is absolutely unacceptable to wait for a table for 30 minutes. I had a group of 3 people being sat before me and I walked in before them. I had a server ask me 3 times “Are you dining in or picking up an order?”… I had to repeat myself 3 times, and after the 3rd time she finally cleaned the table for me and my group to be sat. When we got sat we ordered and the waitress couldn’t get our order for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had to repeat all of our orders and I am the guest to make sure it was right because we were doing 3 separate checks. Fast forwarding to when the food comes out my other guest wanted to cook on the grill that comes with the table. The waitress messed up our order when the cook had to come out and told my friend she cannot cook on the hot plate because it was already cooked in the back. She told me that since one of the meat was cooked in the back I cannot cook on the hot plate. She proceeded to bring me my other plate of food which I told her when I ordered to not have any veggies on my plate. When the food came back it had vegetables on it. She took the food to the back and they gave me cold chicken and they still had veggies on it which means they didn’t remake my food. When we checked out they decided to put a $8.75 gratituty on the check for using the hot plate 18%. When we came back they told us we cannot refund your money but we can give it to you in tax. This is completely unacceptable, and as a paying customer the service was absolutely horrible. Other customers were not being served forks and napkins and spills were not being cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable I will not be going back again! Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible management.

My mom and I went to go eat lunch here a few days ago and they just decided to ignore us, for over 20 minutes... we kept trying to make eye contact with them and they were refusing to even look at us. When we finally realized what they were doing we left the girl at the hostess stand had the biggest fake grin on her face. I hadn't eaten all day and I had a really bad headache and I needed to eat something, but these people decided to ignore us.

We stopped at Le Saigon after a day at the Renaissance Festival. The service from our server Ninà was Phenomenal we started with some drinks and peach soju, then ordered the love meat combo! The pork belly and Bulgogi were fantastic flavorful and the atmosphere was impeccable! I am looking forward to coming back in 2 weeks!!

The food was fantastic. The service was mediocre. Everyone was friendly but we stared at dirty dishes the majority of our dinner. Our table kept getting messed with by different servers and then we got blamed for said thing being messed with. We ordered a boba tea and when we received it, there was no boba. It got taken back and it took at least 15 minutes to get the drink back with the boba added.

My fiancé and I found this place recently trying to find some Korean Bbq. We absolutely love their food and their staff is very attentive! They are always very friendly to us and do their jobs very well. We have tried several starters and entrées here and we have not been disappointed once! Their hot stone bowl bibimbap is one of our favorites. If you’re in the area you have to give this place a try!
