Overall a decent experience. My husband and I were in town visiting a friend, and we decided to order pizza. The pizza was good, but we had ordered and paid for stuffed crust on both pizzas that were ordered. We only got stuffed on one. I double checked the receipt and the order in the app, and I had definitely ordered and paid for both. It was also closer to 30-40 minutes instead of 20, but I’d rather wait a little longer for fresh and good than have them rush it and the order be totally wrong instead of just a wrong crust. So that was a bit disappointing, but it was good other than that.

It's a pretty standard pizza hut. Better than the others within driving distance that's for sure, but still just average pizza.
I just stop by for the Wi-Fi it connects quickly when you are in a hurry and the only negative would be that bitstarz.eu is blocked. ?

I ordered $40.15 worth of grease 12/09/2023 from the Hammond, Louisiana store. The pizza crust was saturated with oil and was not palatable. My kids couldn't eat it. I felt bad because I ordered Pizza Hut for their dinner before I went to work. So unfortunately, they had to make sandwiches. The customer service is good but the food is hit and miss. I've complained before and the store manager sent me an email basically saying, that he apologized for the inconvenience and hope that I enjoyed the replacement pizza. I emailed the store manager to tell him that I never received a replacement pizza but he never responded back. I just don't understand. I originally made this complaint to pizza hut customer service but it was to no avail. This is ridiculous.
