Ordered at 10:30am to have order delivered for 11:45 am 11:33 am I get a text stating pizza on way. I'm literally 10 min away. 11:55. Still not here. Called the store, get tossed around to a few different people and finally the driver gets on the phone stating they screwed up my order and had to remake it. 30 min later they finally show up with my order. I ordered for 11:45 on purpose. Bc I have a lunch break time limit. No apologies given. Just excuses. Do better Pizza Hut. On top of everything else, it was cold when it was delivered!!!

Food was good. Delivery fee is a little steep. Otherwise the boneless wings with garlic parmigiana and the personal pan pizza(meat lovers) was delicious.

Okay FIRST of all, I NEVER eat Pizza Hut. But we decided to order it while at the hotel nearby and omggggg it was perfection. I'm just as surprised as you are reading right now!! The cheese bread sticks were cooked PERFECTLY with SO MUCH cheese and seasoning! The stuffed crust was STUFFED and there was also a ton of seasoning on the crust as well! And the lemon pepper wings were BOMB. Their traditional wings are actually really good. My husband and were so surprised and enjoyed it so much that I literally had to write a review. I've never written one until now!

pizza showed up cold. ordered at 6:30 arrived at 7:30. no parmesan or red pepper as requested. driver said he got here in 6 minutes.

Over an hour ago, I ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut because I really wanted stuffed crust. I noticed about 45 minutes later that I had missed a call from a number i didn't recognize. Only one call and no message left. I call back and discover it's Pizza Hut . I wait in the hold queue for 10 minutes. I'm disconnected. I do it again, and the same thing happens. I call again only because now I'm wondering where my pizza is and after 5 minutes someone answers, I tell them my problem, they put me on hold for a few more minutes. Then when they come back they tell me my order was changed to carry out because they couldn't get in touch with me and they had too many other orders "coming through and clogging the system". I ended up just cancelling my order. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. I waited so long, it's too late to try to order anything from anywhere else.

We ordered at 6:47pm for a single, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. At 7:50pm we called back. They said they cancelled the order since they couldn't find the address and the number they called wasn't mine. So I said "Alright, lets just replace the order. My actual number is ... so if they need help finding it just give me a call. 8:23 pm rolls around and the girl who answers the phone takes a good few minutes to find out what order I am even talking about and that the driver is JUST leaving the store. 9:08pm hits and we are trying to call into the store... Getting put on hold immediately and hung up on. It was bizarre. COULD NOT GET THROUGH. Luckily 9:10pm hits and the driver calls me. Poor dude was lost. Gave us some sagacious advice that this Pizza Hut was the worst. The delivery driver told us to order from Dominoes. Yes. The Pizza Hut delivery driver. I feel sorry for the dude, he has to deal with those people as a way to make money.

Screwed up my order twice. I specifically asked for extra toppings which was not properly taken care of. I had to call up and talk to the manager Keisha who was beyond rude. No apology, just a pick up your order and then hung the phone up on me. On that note I figured to just contact corporate. They'll take care of that. Don't eat there. Pizza is terrible, unless you want just cheese and bread

If I could give them a zero"0" , I would.. They are awful. The service is awful, and my food has come to my home twice burnt and missing what I paid for!!!.. For a big company, I think it's a disgrace.. It's really hard to tick me off, that's why I gave them another try and ordered again... No way. No more. Fool me once.. Fool me twice...third time I'm the fool.. I give em 100... Don't waste your time or your money...even the managers don't care.. They garbage..
